MemeCore unlock puts 56.11 million M into a thin book
The MemeCore unlock releases 56.11 million M on November 1, a $57.96 million DefiLlama cliff at 2.45% of float, set against about $1 million of daily volume.

The MemeCore unlock scheduled for November 1, 2026 releases 56.11 million M, the native token of MemeCore's Layer 1 (L1) network, and the dollar size of that cliff dwarfs a day of spot trading. DefiLlama's unlock calendar, opened on October 30, values the tranche at $57.96 million, equal to 2.45% of circulating supply and 0.56% of the 10 billion maximum. CoinGecko, updated at 07:04 UTC the same day, showed M at $1.032, a market capitalisation of $2.366 billion and about $1.02 million of 24-hour volume, which puts the cliff at roughly 57 times recorded turnover. The same split between a dated calendar and an issuer page showed up in the Falcon Finance unlock.
DefiLlama presents this MemeCore unlock as one cliff at 23:44 UTC on November 1. Community receives 24.31 million M ($25.11 million, 1.06% of the float), investors 12.5 million M ($12.91 million, 0.55%), the foundation 11.67 million M ($12.05 million, 0.51%) and the team 7.64 million M ($7.89 million, 0.33%). The dollar lines add to $57.96 million and the float shares add to 2.45%. Rounded token lines on the page sum to 56.12 million M against the 56.11 million headline, so community is 43.3% of the cliff, investors 22.3%, the foundation 20.8% and the team 13.6%. At CoinGecko's $1.032 the same 56.11 million M is worth about $57.9 million. The calendar showed 2.292 billion M circulating, a $1.03 reference price down 2.01% over 24 hours, and 20.33% of supply already unlocked. Its note limits the schedule to the 5 billion tokens from the token-generation event.
MemeCore's token-allocation page cuts that 10 billion cap by category and states the cliffs in months. Community is 29% of max supply, with 1.15 billion M upfront, a four-month cliff and 1.75 billion M over 72 months. Core contributors are 7.5% (100 million M upfront, a six-month cliff, 550 million M over 72 months) and the foundation is 6.5% (50 million M upfront, a four-month cliff, 700 million M over 60 months). Investors are 6%, with a six-month cliff and 600 million M over 48 months, and their initial-supply cell is blank. A meme treasury is 1%, or 100 million M, and block rewards are 50%, or 5 billion M. The page says token distribution is prone to changes at the discretion of MemeCore. The November 1 count of 56.11 million M, and the 23:44 UTC time, sit on the calendar.
CoinGecko's October 30 ticker file put M/USDT volume on HTX, Bitget and Gate ahead of MEXC, BTCC and smaller centralised pairs. On-chain investigator ZachXBT wrote on April 20, 2026: "Insiders have manipulated the price to $6B market cap ($18B FDV) and Kraken is one of the few venues that supports $M spot." The sentence, in his post on Kraken's July 3, 2025 spot listing, is an allegation about that April book. Kraken is absent from the October 30 ticker list. CoinGecko's all-time high is $5.64 on July 2, 2026, and at $1.032 the token sits 81.7% below that high. The Ritual mainnet unlock separated fresh supply from who could stake, which is the recipient question this cliff puts to a book of about $1.02 million a day.
MemeCore's $M page says the token pays mainnet fees, is staked for Proof of Meme (PoM) validation and delegation, and carries governance rights. Investor and team tokens together are 20.14 million M, about $20.80 million on DefiLlama's marks and 35.9% of the cliff, while community's 24.31 million M is the largest pot. A fund or custodian that already holds M has to treat the investor and team lines as supply that can reach HTX, Bitget or Gate, and the community line as tokens that can be staked, spent on fees or sold. Collector Crypt's vest to team, advisors and seed turned on that gap between a schedule and tokens that trade.
The next read on the MemeCore unlock is the tape after 23:44 UTC on November 1. If turnover on the leading M/USDT pairs stays near $1 million a day while 56.11 million M becomes transferable, eligible supply is large beside the book even when recipients sell part of the tranche. If volume expands and CoinGecko's circulating supply of 2,292,016,412 M steps up by about that amount, the cliff has entered the float on the calendar's terms. Block rewards keep minting beyond those 5 billion token-generation-event tokens, and the allocation page still allows MemeCore to revise the distribution.
