Kamino's KMNO vest is fixed; calendars split the day

Kamino's docs fix a monthly KMNO vest near 229 million tokens, but Tokenomics.com's next slice is still October 30 and Blockworks' next cliff is November 28.

Kamino's KMNO vest is fixed; calendars split the day

Two public calendars describe the same Kamino (KMNO) insider slice and date it differently. Tokenomics.com, opened on October 29, 2026, still lists the next release for October 30: 229.2 million KMNO on the summary card and 229,166,667 tokens in the FAQ, marked as 2.3% of total supply and about $9.0 million. Blockworks Intel, opened the same day, lists the next cliff for November 28 at 229.17 million KMNO and about $8.66 million. Kamino's own token-info page fixes the vesting formula and leaves the calendar day off the page.

That page states a total supply of 10,000,000,000 KMNO and a token generation event on April 30, 2024. Core contributors hold 20% and key stakeholders and advisors hold 35%. Both pools were locked for 12 months, then vest linearly over 24 months. Dividing those pools by 24 produces 83,333,333 KMNO a month for contributors and 145,833,333 KMNO a month for stakeholders and advisors, or 229,166,667 KMNO together, the integer in the Tokenomics.com FAQ. Tokenomics.com prints a generation date of April 29, 2024. On that point the project page wins, because April 30, 2024 is the date Kamino publishes.

What the linear vest implies for October

Blockworks labels both pools as a one-year cliff followed by linear monthly vesting over two years. On the page opened October 29, stakeholders and advisors still have 729.17 million KMNO ahead of a 3.50 billion allocation, and contributors still have 416.67 million ahead of a 2.00 billion allocation, each at 79% unlocked. Five of the 24 monthly slices remain, so the next row is November 28 and the October slice sits behind the reader. That Blockworks page shows Community and Grants at 2.75 billion KMNO and Liquidity and Treasury at 1.00 billion KMNO with zero unlock progress, and the token page gives community, grants, liquidity and treasury allocations no timetable.

Tokenomics.com still shows October 30, 2026 as the next event, labels recipients insiders at 100%, and calls the slice 4.0% of market cap. On that same open the card counted down one day and 14 hours, the schedule row said two days left, and the FAQ said the release was two days away. It dates the vest's end to March 30, 2027, and its FAQ still prints a market circulating supply of one billion KMNO, about 10%. CoinGecko, last updated at 07:08 UTC on October 29, 2026, read 5.86 billion KMNO in circulation against a 10 billion maximum, with a market cap of $220.8 million and a fully diluted valuation of $376.6 million.

A dollar mark needs a timestamp

At CoinGecko's $0.03766 print from that update, 229,166,667 KMNO comes to about $8.63 million. Tokenomics.com's card still said $9.0 million, and Blockworks priced the November 28 row at $8.66 million. The gap on one morning is the movement of the reference price, so a single dollar figure for this slice is a print dated to the hour. CoinGecko also showed about $8.70 million of KMNO traded over the prior 24 hours, which puts the slice near one session of spot turnover.

The lending book beside the slice

DeFiLlama's Kamino Lend reading on October 29 returned $1.26 billion of Total Value Locked (TVL) on Solana and $859 million borrowed. The company's October 16, 2026 announcement, carried by Business Wire and Morningstar, calls Kamino the largest credit protocol on Solana, cites more than $20 billion of loans originated, and says bad debt has stayed at zero. Those lines are the company's account, and the release is silent on this month's slice. Chief executive Michael Weisz, on the New York hires of Matthew Klopfer and Blake Messer, said: "As we grow from Solana's leading credit platform into the liquidity layer for onchain assets, I can't think of better people to build it with."

Supply-event readers can set that vest beside Ritual's mainnet unlock, where the project posted the terms. A Solana lending beta that stayed off mainnet, a fixed-rate onchain lending seed, and institutional Decentralised Finance (DeFi) pools sit beside it on the digital-assets desk.

The next check sits on the wallets. A transfer of about 229.17 million KMNO into known stakeholder and contributor addresses on October 30 would match the Tokenomics.com day. Quiet wallets through that date, with the next slice lined up for November 28, would match Blockworks. Tokenomics.com dates the end of that window to March 30, 2027, while the token page states the 12-month lock and the 24-month linear period and leaves the final distribution date off the page.
