Falcon Finance calendars disagree on the FF unlock size

Falcon Finance's own tokenomics page lists cliffs and no dated FF count. Tokenomist and DeFiLlama publish different sizes and clocks for the same unlock day.

Falcon Finance calendars disagree on the FF unlock size

Falcon Finance reaches October 29, 2026 with two public unlock readings and no token count on its own tokenomics page. That page lists percentage buckets and a one-year cliff for the team and for investors, and it leaves the day's quantity and the clock time unstated. The contrast is the Ritual mainnet unlock, where the project stated a release share and kept insiders out of stake.

What Falcon Finance publishes

The September 19, 2025 tokenomics note sets a total supply of 10 billion FF: ecosystem 35%, the foundation 24%, core team and early contributors 20%, community airdrops and the launchpad sale 8.3%, marketing 8.2%, and investors 4.5%. Team and investors each carry a one-year cliff and a three-year vest, and circulating supply at launch is stated as 2.34 billion FF, or 23.4%. FF is the governance and utility token in that note, and staking it, which the note calls sFF, is the route to yields paid in USDf or in FF.

A foundation note dated September 16, 2025 says an independent foundation, led by an independent director, would take control of FF tokens and oversee unlocks on a predefined schedule. Andrei Grachev, Founding Partner at Falcon Finance, said in that note: "Stablecoins and synthetic assets are rapidly becoming part of the global financial infrastructure. Web3 governance must meet the same standards as traditional institutions to cultivate trust." The announcements index opened on October 29, 2026 tops out with an August 18, 2026 note, dates the FF launch note to September 29, 2025, and gives no token count for the cliff calendars are marking today.

What the calendars add

Tokenomist's October 26, 2026 digest marks an FF cliff on October 29, 2026 at $20.68 million, or 6.62% of unlocked supply, with the dollars marked at October 25, 2026. The buckets on that page are Others, Reserve, Founder / Team, and Private Investors. The digest says about two-thirds goes to the ecosystem and foundation, with the rest split between the team and investors, and that insider allocations are vesting because the first anniversary has passed. It gives neither a token count nor a UTC time.

DeFiLlama's unlock page, opened October 29, 2026, lists the next FF event as 75 million FF for the ecosystem at 11:52 UTC, worth $7.08 million at the price on that page and 2.24% of circulating supply. The same screen showed FF at $0.094, circulating supply of 3.343 billion FF and a market cap of $315.3 million. Tokenomist's $20.68 million is about 6.6% of that displayed market cap and nearly three times the $7.08 million ecosystem line, and the two dollar marks sit four days apart and name different baskets.

Neither calendar figure is a number Falcon Finance printed. The tokenomics page states the cliff and the three-year vest and states no instalment. Booking $20.68 million as spendable supply would treat a tracker model, dated October 25, 2026, as an issuer figure.

What a supply desk can verify

The USDf terms, last updated August 11, 2026, bind the user to Falcon Digital Limited and its affiliates, measure time in British Virgin Islands time, and place disputes in the courts of the British Virgin Islands. The reserves report inside the December 17, 2025 assurance from HT Digital says USDf is issued by Falcon Digital Limited, trading as Falcon Finance, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, with its registered address at Asia Leading Chambers, Road Town, Tortola VG1110. The risk disclosure on those terms records Falcon Digital Limited as unlicensed by any regulatory authority.

An unlock is a distribution to a recipient, and a transfer into a foundation or team wallet is not, by itself, exchange volume. Papertrade's choice to keep PAPER non-transferable is the mirror case, because the tokens exist and a holder cannot send them, while FF's documents describe a vest and still leave today's quantity off the page. Aviva Investors' tokenised share class on the Sterling Liquidity Fund publishes the product mechanic in the terms rather than leaving the day's supply to a third-party calendar. If ecosystem wallets move about 75 million FF around 11:52 UTC, that is the clip DeFiLlama timed, and further tranches later on October 29, 2026 would show that Tokenomist's wider headline covered more of the day.

Until Falcon Finance publishes the instalment on the tokenomics page, the quantity that matters is the one a wallet actually receives, not the dollar headline a calendar attached to October 25, 2026 or the 75 million FF line timed at 11:52 UTC.
