XM wins three FinanceFeeds awards for service and gold
XM won three FinanceFeeds awards for service, mobile trading and gold conditions. The citations describe a retail book that CySEC has licensed since 2010.

XM has won three FinanceFeeds awards, and the useful reading is that they test three different jobs inside a retail broker. FinanceFeeds cited the firm for global customer service excellence, the most reliable mobile trading platform, and the best gold trading conditions in its awards report. Broker of the Year remains a separate category on the FinanceFeeds awards list, so this haul is the operating record rather than the top broker title.
What the three citations cover
The service award is about the hour a client needs a person, whether that is an account check, a payment, or a trade that will not settle in the app, and XM says that desk works in more than 30 languages. The mobile award is about whether pricing, order entry, charts and cash movement still answer on a phone when a data release hits. The gold award asks what a client pays to be in XAU/USD, in the spread and in the overnight financing, on the instrument retail CFD flow crowds into around inflation prints, rate decisions and geopolitical moves.
Nikolai Isayev, editor-in-chief at FinanceFeeds, tied the three together in that report. “XM’s three awards recognise these different elements as parts of a broader trading ecosystem,” he said. “The Global Customer Service Excellence Award 2026 highlights the broker’s emphasis on multilingual assistance and ongoing client support. The Most Reliable Mobile Trading Platform Globally award reflects the growing importance of stable, accessible mobile trading, while the Best Gold Trading Conditions recognition acknowledges XM’s offering in a market that remains central to both active trading and global macroeconomic positioning.”
The book those awards sit on
The scale comes from XM’s own pages, not from the citation. The group’s English homepage says it is trusted by over 20 million traders, offers access to more than 1,400 assets, and has executed 13.5 billion trades on its platforms. The same page says 92.9% of withdrawals are approved automatically, and it labels the figures as statistics provided by the XM Group. The group about page puts that client base in more than 190 countries, puts support in more than 30 languages, and states that 99% of transactions are executed in under one second.
The European entity is Trading Point of Financial Instruments Ltd, Cyprus company HE 251334, at 12 Richard and Verengaria Street in Limassol. CySEC’s register lists licence 120/10, granted on August 5, 2010, with xm.com among the approved domains. The permissions cover reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients, and dealing on own account. The August 5, 2010 grant is the verifiable version of a long-standing-broker claim.
XM’s published conflicts summary for the Cyprus firm states that the company is the sole execution venue, so a position opened there can only be closed there. On that book a gold-conditions award is a verdict on a price the client cannot shop elsewhere, a sharper test than a blended score across 1,400 instruments.
Gold already has two other winners
FinanceFeeds has already split gold across layers in this awards cycle, and The Industry Spread has reported both of the other citations. iSAM Securities won Outstanding Gold Liquidity Provider and Exceptional Risk Management Tool, the wholesale question of who warehouses the flow and who can see where the exposure sits. VT Markets won best gold trading platform. XM’s prize is the retail condition set, the spread and the financing a client pays, rather than the liquidity warehouse or the platform title.
A wholesale gold book, a retail app and an overnight financing charge fail in different places, which is why the three citations say more together than a single broker title. The clock on that test has already lengthened: FOREX.com joined a weekend gold CFD wave as CME opened a round-the-clock hedge.
Where the comparison goes next
The portability question is the one a client actually meets. XM’s European accounts sit with the CySEC firm, while accounts outside that perimeter sit with other group entities, and the leverage, the complaint path and the conditions travel with the entity on the account rather than with the brand on the award badge. A mobile-reliability award and a gold-conditions award describe the book that holds the login, at the size XM publishes.
Whenever XAU/USD is the crowded retail trade, iSAM remains the wholesale reference, VT Markets remains the platform reference, and XM now holds the retail-conditions reference with a service citation attached. I expect the comparison to show up on the next volatility spike, in the spread, in whether the app still takes the order, and in how fast a person answers.
