, a UK based leading regtech firm specializing in financial crime and compliance sector has recently announced partnership with Window Book and Fluence Automation to enhance its product services and adds address matching engine tech TrueAddress. As per statement released by the firm, the Yorkshire based regtech provider has partnered with computer software (window book) and industrial automation (Fluence Automation) service providers to bring address matching engine to its regtech platform. The TruNarrative platform is a well known platform in both European and US markets and is currently providing multi-jurisdiction customer on-boarding, financial crime detection and risk & regulatory compliance services. With its new strategic partnership between the firms, the regtech service provider gains access to address matching technology which will utilize artificial intelligence and historical address data for matching, formatting, data hygiene and fraud prevention services.
Window book’s TrueAddress engine is a CASS certified real-time address matching solution which ensures data quality while also delivering valuable insight for informed fraud and on-boarding decisions. TrueAddress boasts more than 500 clients in USA given its two decade long service history in the market and its huge client base is made up of firms from e-commerce firms, mail distribution centers, banks, lenders and betting organizations. Meanwhile, TruNarrative has clients from both EU & USA most of whom are regulated businesses which use TruNarrative’s product solutions to make efficient business decisions using most relevant data available across wide range of activities such as customer acquisition and on-boarding, account monitoring and risk mitigation. Via this strategic partnership TrueAddress’s address matching services will now be made accessible to all of TruNarrative’s clients via its integrated API available in TruNarrative app store. The integrated API also provides TruNarrative’s clients with access to a wide range of services which includes AML, KYC, KYB, device and utility data services from all of its trusted third party service and data partners in form of a single suite.
