Traderscale review: 24-hour claim, two-day review clock
Traderscale's homepage says a payout can arrive in 24 hours at up to 90%. The rulebooks set an 80% share and a review window of two business days.

Prop-firm review
Traderscale
Verdict Traderscale suits a forex trader who accepts a simulated account, a stop on every position, and a consistency check before any withdrawal. It does not suit anyone who treats the homepage as the rulebook. The biggest caveat is the clash. The homepage says payment in as little as 24 hours, at up to 90%. The help centre allows up to two business days to review a request and up to three more to pay, and the standard share in the rulebooks is 80% unless a profit-share add-on is attached.

What Traderscale publishes about payouts
On 17 October 2026 the homepage said traders could "withdraw your profits in as little as 24hrs" and "keep up to 90%". Instant and one-step cards repeat "Payouts within 24hrs". The payouts page says rows were paid within 24 hours by Rise or USDT, on public wallets.
The payout-timeline article allows two business days to review and three to pay, from Monday 08:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. The account is read-only until processing ends. It states: "They are separate review and payment windows, not a guaranteed 24-hour turnaround." That clock starts only after the programme's own wait.
Instant Funding waits 14 days from receipt, then seven days from the last approval, not from the day the money arrives. Each request needs four days of at least 0.25% closed profit. The share is 80% unless the 90% add-on is attached. The minimum is $250 of account profit. Exactly $250 counts, and it does not approve the payment.
Speedy waits 30 days, or 14 with an add-on, then every 14 days, plus ten trading days. Its cards still say 24 hours. Pro 2.0 is 14 days, then every 14. The cards skip the review window.
The terms of 8 May 2025 call a payout a contractual reward, not profit-sharing, "funded solely from the Company's own operating revenues". They also say no user has a right to be paid. Balances are fictitious, and no real-market trade occurs. That is not the homepage's "our capital", nor the trader's funded account.
The ledger was not audited here. On 17 October 2026 the payouts page showed $215,806.28 across 103 payouts in 30 days. The homepage's "$5.5m+", "27,254+ funded traders" and Joe Shelley total of $71,038.95 were not re-checked on an explorer. Some rows print 0x0000...0000. Trustpilot returned HTTP 403. No independent post could be quoted.
The prop firm industry deserved better, We built Traderscale to prove a different model could work, and our payouts speak for themselves.
Luke Gregory, described on the homepage as setting company direction from Dubai, published that line.
Rules that can void the account
Instant's daily loss is 3% of starting balance, off the higher of balance and equity at 21:00 UTC, so open trades count. A breach forfeits profit. The 6% floor trails the highest equity and never falls: $100,000 starts at $94,000 and becomes $98,000 if equity hits $104,000. A payout does not lower it.
Consistency delays a payout and does not, by itself, close the account. Instant's best UTC day must be strictly below 20% of period profit: $1,000 on $5,000 fails, and $5,000.01 is the first pass. Speedy uses 40%. Pro 2.0 has no consistency rule.
A loss-limit breach is not the only exit. Instant needs a stop at entry, or within five minutes on the add-on, and a two-minute minimum hold. News is banned for five minutes either side of a high-impact release. Adding after a loss, grids, cross-account hedges, feed-delay trades, copiers and scripts are banned. Exactly 60% negative risk-to-reward breaches every account type. TraderProtect closes all trades at a 2% floating loss of the starting balance, and the second hit ends the account.
Instant and Speedy still need a new trade every ten calendar days, including the read-only payout window. The Additional Rules page lists none of this, then allows a ban with no refund. The cards say "No Hidden Rules".
Three programmes and three clocks
The homepage sells Instant, Speedy and a two-step called Pro, but the help centre has five books. The cards match Pro 2.0: 5% daily, 10% maximum, targets of 8% then 5%, no consistency rule, 14 days to payout, one free phase-two retry and 30-day inactivity, at 1:100. The older Pro book still waits 30 days unless an add-on is attached, and goes inactive after ten days. The card does not say which book applies.
Speedy needs 10% closed profit, ten funded days, a best day below 40% and a 30-day wait, at 1:30. News trading is allowed; bracketing is not. The refund policy ends refunds once logins are emailed and never explains "Refund on Payout". A buy over the $600,000 cap is not blocked; that account's profit is voided at review. The grid stops at $400,000.
How the figures compare
Instant is set beside two programmes that publish a number in the same cell. The5ers High Stakes is a two-step test. FTMO Instant is the homepage account. Wider checks are in the 2026 payout comparison on the prop firms desk.
| Rule | Traderscale Instant | The5ers High Stakes | FTMO Instant |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maximum loss | 6% trailing | 10% | 10% |
| Stated profit share | 80% | 80–100% | 90% |
| FX leverage | 1:30 | 1:100 | up to 1:100 |
The5ers also prints a 5% daily loss, targets of 10% then 5%, and three profitable days. Instant has no profit target and a 14-day wait. FTMO states no daily-loss figure for Instant, so that row is omitted. Read on 17 October 2026: the Instant rulebook, The5ers High Stakes and the FTMO homepage.
Who runs the firm, and on what terms
Section 1 names Tradelytic FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP Building A1, as the evaluation firm; Traderscale LTD of Nicosia, HE 461789, as payment agent; and Traderscale Limited of Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, 2025-00202, as the platform company. The footer adds Hong Kong company 77178614, Unit 1411, Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, which the 8 May 2025 terms do not list. No page states a licence number. Clause 3.2 disclaims brokerage and deposits. Clause 13 says only "applicable laws".
US residents, and anyone physically in the United States or its territories, may use only Match-Trader. A VPN or a false residency can suspend the account. Others get MetaTrader 5 or Match-Trader. The simulated balance is still not the trader's capital. The ESMA conflicts sweep left this model outside a broker CFD review.
Frequently asked questions
Is a Traderscale account live capital?
Clause 3.1, dated 8 May 2025, says the book is simulated, balances are fictitious, and nothing is executed in the real market. The homepage still offers the firm's capital, up to $600,000. Clause 9 says an approved payout is a reward from operating revenue, not a share of a live book, and not a sum owed as of right.
How long does the first payout take?
Instant waits 14 days from receipt, then seven from the last approval. Speedy waits 30 days, or 14 with an add-on, then 14, plus ten trading days. Pro 2.0 waits 14, then 14. Review can then take two business days and payment three, in a week ending 16:00 UTC on Friday. The help centre says that is not a 24-hour turnaround.
What share of profit is actually on offer?
Instant, Speedy and Pro 2.0 pay 80% of eligible profit unless the 90% add-on is on that account. A request needs $250 of account profit, and exactly $250 qualifies. The test is not applied after the split. Clause 9 still says payment is conditional, so a passed target is not a right to be paid.
Does a failed consistency test close the account?
Not on its own. Instant needs the best UTC day strictly below 20% of period profit, and exactly 20% fails. Speedy uses a line below 40%. Pro 2.0 has no consistency rule. Missing it delays the payout and, on the rulebook, is not itself a breach. A daily-loss hit, a second TraderProtect event or a banned method still ends the account.
Who is the legal operator?
Tradelytic FZCO, at Dubai Silicon Oasis, is the evaluation firm named in the terms. Traderscale LTD in Cyprus, HE 461789, takes payments. Traderscale Limited in Saint Lucia, 2025-00202, provides the platform. The footer adds a Hong Kong Traderscale Limited, 77178614, which the terms' party list leaves out. None of those pages states a regulator or a licence number.
Can a US trader use MetaTrader 5?
No. A US resident, or anyone physically in the United States or its territories, is limited to Match-Trader. A VPN or a false residency used to avoid that limit can suspend the account. Other clients may use MetaTrader 5 or Match-Trader. The footer links MetaTrader 5 to Saint Lucia, not to the Dubai firm.
