MixFunded review: sales cards and the rulebook clash

MixFunded's homepage sells a $5 start and an 80% split. The fair-use page adds a 10-lot gate and a 5% monthly profit floor, and the terms still call the reward discretionary.

Prop-firm review

MixFunded

Verdict MixFunded suits a forex trader who reads past the $5 card and accepts a simulated account paid in USDT. It does not suit anyone who needs one drawdown figure, live capital, or a split fixed where the homepage puts it. The caveat is contradiction. On 16 October 2026 the challenges table, the drawdown FAQ, the rulebook and the terms did not agree on loss limits, copy trading or the split. The £517K total is the firm's own figure, and Mix Analytics Ltd has filed no accounts.

Verdict. MixFunded suits a forex trader who reads past the $5 card and accepts a simulated account paid in USDT.

Key terms, as the firm publishes them

  • Fee. Pay After Passing is $5, then $150 on a pass, $155 for a $50,000 account (source). Homepage one-step fees, labelled USDT: $45, $95, $175, $299, $598 and $929 on $10,000 to $500,000 (homepage). The challenges page shows the $50,000 one-step fee as $175 USD.
  • Sizes. One-step runs from $10,000 to $500,000. Pay After Passing is the $50,000 account only.
  • Profit target. Challenges table: 10% one-step, 8% then 5% two-step, none on Instant, 10% on Pay After Passing. The rulebook of 12 July 2026 sets no time limit.
  • Drawdown. Challenges table: 5%/10% one-step and two-step, 3% daily and 6% static on Instant, 3%/8% on Pay After Passing. The drawdown FAQ says 4%/8% on standard evaluations.
  • Split. Rulebook and challenges table: 80% on evaluations and Pay After Passing. Instant goes from 60% to 80% after three rewards. The rewards guide says three rewards move the split to 90/10.
  • Minimum days. Three on the challenges table, per phase on two-step. The account-rolling page of 11 June 2026 adds 10 standard lots over five days before a first Pay After Passing reward.
  • Payout day. Mondays, in USDT. The footer specifies TRC-20. The challenges table repeats that for every model.
  • Profit floor. Account-rolling also wants closed profit of 5% of starting balance in the reward month, $2,500 on $50,000. It caps "deposit load" at 5% and does not define it.

What the homepage sells

The homepage says the firm "starts at $5" and "shows you everything", then says that $5 is only Pay After Passing. One-step cards show a 10% target, "5% (equity / balance)" daily, a 10% maximum and an 80/20 split. Beside them: "No traps. No fine print", and "The Monday Guarantee" of every Monday, "no exceptions".

Where the sales pages and the rulebook disagree

The rulebook states no 5% and no 10%. Daily loss is "the published daily percentage" of the day's starting balance, reset at 00:00 server time, and the maximum trails the highest closed-equity peak on equity, floating profit included. The drawdown FAQ resets at 00:00 UTC and puts standard programmes at 4% and 8%. The pay-after-passing page calls 3% and 8% tighter than "standard evaluations (5% daily / 10% maximum)".

Instant is "6% static" on the challenges table and trailing on every account in rulebook section 1. That 12 July text caps the split at 80%, or 60% then 80% on Instant. The rewards guide then goes to 90/10, which the rulebook does not publish.

The terms, dated the same 12 July, clash on conduct. The rulebook allows all news, a self-owned or licensed expert adviser, and copy-trading between the trader's own accounts. The terms mention "news-trading restrictions", require written pre-approval for automation, and ban "copy trading between accounts".

The Pay After Passing sales table lists the 10% target, 3% and 8% limits, forex leverage of 1:50, crypto leverage of 1:10, an 80/20 split and Monday USDT. It omits 10 lots, five days, the 5% floor and the deposit-load cap. The challenges table says three days. Those gates sit on the fair-use page the rulebook only links.

What MixFunded publishes about payouts

Evaluations and Pay After Passing pay 80% on Mondays in USDT. The rulebook wants identity checks before the first reward over the equivalent of $1,000. The rewards guide looks at whether the "running total" exceeds $1,000. The terms then limit the promise:

Rewards are discretionary performance-based payments made from Mix Analytics Ltd's own funds. They are not client money, not returns on an investment, and not held on trust for you. No reward becomes a debt owed to you until it has passed review and been marked approved.

The sum is the live balance when the batch runs. A breach before Monday means nothing is paid, and a request does not freeze the account. The firm may withhold, reduce, delay or decline a reward. The Monday Guarantee is not in the terms or the rulebook.

The homepage claims "£517K" since December 2024, "5,200+" accounts and "12,000+" evaluations. Pre-2026 receipts "sit with us and the recipients", and the ledger showed "Loading ledger…". A homepage row of 998.00 USDT on 5 October 2026 is a confirmed Tronscan transfer of 998.5 USDT at 19:27 UTC. A displayed 36,187.00 USDT row was not re-checked, and no 12 October row was visible. Also unverified: any audit, a minimum reward, the homepage's Trustpilot "Excellent" 4.0 line, and any named trader's words. Trustpilot blocked the fetch.

Rules that can void an account or a reward

Equity includes open losses, so a floating position can breach the account. If the maximum trails, it rises with the closed-equity peak and does not fall. The live percentage is unsettled: 4, 5, 6 static, 8 or 10.

Off the Pay After Passing card, an undefined 5% deposit load is an immediate hard breach. Ten lots over five days gate the first reward even where the table said three days. Under 5% closed profit in the reward month, nothing is withdrawn. The page says a 10% monthly target raises the odds of losing the account.

Also banned: demo-feed arbitrage, a grid or martingale with no stop, cross-account hedging and third-party signals. Changing a funded MetaTrader password can hold the reward. After a warning, fair use can end the account with no refund.

How the published numbers compare

Figures from each firm's pages on 16 October 2026. The FTMO review, the FundedNext review and the five-firm comparison are the longer record, not the source of this table.

RuleMixFunded 1-stepFTMO 2-stepFundedNext Stellar 2-step
Profit target10%10%, then 5%8%, then 5%
Daily loss5% (FAQ says 4%)5% of initial capital5%
Maximum loss10% (rulebook: trailing)10%, static10%, static
Minimum days345 per phase

Those FTMO figures are on its objectives and 2-step page. FundedNext prints both 80% and "up to 95%" on the Stellar 2-step page, with 21 days to the first withdrawal and 14 days after. None of the three is audited. What a funded account is separates the card from the capital.

Who operates MixFunded, and what is simulated

The counterparty is Mix Analytics Ltd, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Companies House lists number 17380000, incorporated 4 August 2026, active, coded as other education. Accounts to 31 August 2027 are due by 4 May 2028 and are not filed. The sole officer and person with significant control is Vladyslav Vladimirovich Alieinikov, appointed that day, Ukrainian, resident in Spain, born November 2007, holding 75% or more of the shares and votes.

The homepage writes "Vladyslav Aleinikov" and also names Oliver J. as chief executive and Jordan Erlichstein as managing director. Neither appears on the officers list. "Paying traders since December 2024" predates the company. No earlier entity is named, and the bank receipts are not public.

The firm says it is not authorised anywhere, holds no client money, and sends no market order. Rewards come from its own funds. An "LHFX Official Broker Partner" badge was not checked with LHFX. MetaTrader 4 and 5 are offered, TradingView is named for charts, and MetaTrader 5 may be unavailable in the United States. See where prop-firm regulation bites.

Questions traders ask before paying

Is the $5 price the cost of a funded account?

No. Pay After Passing is $5 to open the $50,000 evaluation and $150 if it passes, $155 in total. A failure stays at $5. The one-step $50,000 account is a different charge, $175 USDT on the homepage and $175 USD on the challenges page. Once the login is issued, the fee is not returned unless consumer law says it must be.

Does MixFunded have a consistency rule?

The numbered rulebook says it does not, so one good day can be the month if drawdown holds. Pay After Passing still blocks the first reward until 10 standard lots fall across five days, and it blocks a withdrawal below 5% closed profit for the month. The tests have another name. They still stop the payout the homepage treats as unrestricted.

Can you trade the news and use an expert adviser?

The rulebook allows news with no blackout, an adviser you own or license, and copying between your own MixFunded accounts. The terms of the same date mention news restrictions, require written approval for automation, and ban copying between accounts. The homepage matches the rulebook. Neither document says which one controls a dispute.

Is the funded account live capital?

No. The terms describe a simulated demo and virtual capital, with no live brokerage account and no real order. A reward is the company's money after review. It is not client money and not an investment return. The line about proving that the firm pays does not make the account live.

What must be true before a first Pay After Passing reward?

The target must be hit, drawdown must be intact, and the general three-day count must be met. The fair-use page then adds 10 qualifying lots over five days and closed profit of 5% of starting balance that month. Checks begin above $1,000, worded as a first reward or a running total. The firm can still say no. It says most accounts never get there.

Is MixFunded regulated in the United Kingdom?

It says it is not authorised in any jurisdiction. Companies House shows Mix Analytics Ltd from 4 August 2026, an education code, and no accounts, at 128 City Road. The FCA register was not opened for this review, so the status is the firm's sentence beside that file. The contract uses English law.

This review is independent editorial analysis and is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and is not an endorsement or solicitation. The Industry Spread has no affiliate or referral relationship with the firms covered. Proprietary trading challenges carry a fee that is generally non-refundable, most participants do not reach a funded account, and funded capital is the firm's capital, not the trader's. Terms change frequently — always verify current rules directly with the firm before paying any fee.
