Alla Darwish Appointed as Head of Global Brokerage at ACY Securities
As per statement that made headlines earlier this week, the firm has hired Mr. Alla Darwish to serve as its new Global Brokerage head.
ACY Securities, the Australia based multi regulated ECN forex broker recently revealed in an announcement that the firm now has a new head of Global Brokerage earlier this week. As per statement that made headlines earlier this week, the firm has hired Mr. Alla Darwish – a veteran in financial service industry with more than a decade of experience handling US equities and FX sales to serve as its new Global Brokerage head. In his new role as Head of Global Brokerage, Mr. Darwish will be based out of the broker’s office located in Sydney and is responsible for recruiting, managing and growing the broker’s business development teams in all of its offices located across the globe. It should be noted that the announcement comes a bit delayed as Mr. Darwish has been a part of the firm for quite a while now having taken up his new role in October earlier this year.
His move to ACY securities was also updated in his LinkedIn profile shortly after he took on his new role making that the first public announcement albeit recent official confirmation made by the firm via its recent update. Some of the most notable roles from his career include – Sales trading Manager at APEX FX Trading, Senior Manager of Sales and Trading for APAC & MENA region at Vantage FX, Head of Sales Trading and Marketing at AD & AD Australia Pty Ltd and senior broker and Trading Sales Manager for APAC & MENA region at IFGM. He took a short break post his term at IFGM to start his own fashion and Apparel retailer EN GARDE Apparel prior to joining ACY Securities. He began his career in financial services industry post graduating with a degree in General marketing, sales and Business Administration and Management from Sprott Shaw College and University of South Australia.
