The UK listed firm saw yet another decline in share value given that it had reported back to back declines in quarterly revenues. This caused the firms’ share price to drop by nearly 12% earlier this year. Given Brexit woes and regulatory crackdown influenced difficulties that the firm is facing in today’s market, the firm has been suffering decline in revenues across last year. As per the statement, the above mentioned reasons are one of the main reasons for promoting Mr. Adam Blemings to role of Head of Trading as the firm wants an experienced executive with steady hand to support, strengthen and stimulate their business activities and expansion plans in existing and emerging markets. Since joining the firm back in January 2006, Adam has been promoted a total of 6 times.

Having started his career in the firm as Futures dealer, he was promoted to role of Chief Dealer in futures after nearly 4 years. He received his next promotion within 11 months and was elevated to role of Head of Dealings at the firm’s Australian office and held on to the role for more than two years. He was then promoted twice, once to the role of Deputy Head of Futures and FX in December 2012 and to role of Head of Futures and FX in June 2015 when he moved to the firm’s head office located in London, United Kingdom. Four years post moving to head office, he has now received promotion yet again this time to the role of Head of Trading. Aside from Adam’s promotion, the firm has undergone several major management changes over the course of last 10 months with most notable among them being – Jon Noble’s promotion to role of COO and June Felix’s promotion to role of CEO.
