XTRD, a technology startup company building infrastructure for cryptocurrency institutional investors through the use of Wall Street’s mature technology has announced the appointment of Blockchain Venture Capitalist, Steven Nerayoff as a Strategic Adviser.
Steven Nerayoff is known as one of the creators of the framework for Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and token sale architect of the Ethereum project from its initial days. He will advise XTRD as the company starts to launch its FIX-based multi-exchange API and will also help in onboarding institutional clients for the initial trials of their complete trading platform.
Mr Steven is a prolific serial entrepreneur and blockchain pioneer has founded several blockchain-based companies through his firms, Maple Ventures and Alchemist Ventures in Silicon Valley and New York City. His firms primarily focus on newer technologies and payment systems. He is the attorney and inventor of 20 international patents.
Steven is instrumental in defining the industry standard and his deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency space and his innovative work as the legal architect of Ethereum’s successful token sale continues to be the basic structure used throughout the world. He coined the terms “utility”, specifically using the concept of “Gas” or “Fuel” for legal purposes.
XTRD is currently live with its first product which uses the unified FIX API to take an industry standard technology used within the financial industry for over 25 years and is introducing it to the cryptocurrency market. Mr Steven’s deep knowledge of the space will help in securing growth and is also vital for the company’s future.
