Jack Ser, Chief Executive Officer of CEZEX, said:

“CEZEX’s integration with Hydra X’s Sigma trading platform will serve as an excellent catalyst for our business and help build a strong and mutually beneficial partnership. CEZEX functions like a traditional exchange, where sponsors introduce listings, broker/dealers introduce customers, and market makers and custodians support the activities of the exchange. The synergy with Hydra X is evident.”

Hydra X uses distributed ledger technology (DLT) to provide mission-critical trading and settlement infrastructure for next-generation marketplaces. Its trading platform provides retail traders and professional quants alike a professional suite of trading tools ranging from price formation to analytics as well as low-latency price discovery and asset transfers across multiple exchanges and brokers globally.

CEZEXCEZEX will integrate Hydra X’s trading platform in order to operate its fully regulated and licensed digital assets trading exchange for multiple asset classes, including currencies, securities and derivatives. The cryptocurrency exchange also provides listing of security tokens in a licensed environment authorized by the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) in the Philippines.

The exchange launched its platform in Hong Kong in late 2018 to allow companies to tokenize their assets. The company is partnered with a licensed broker-dealer in Hong Kong to offer a regulated, compliant digital token trading service.
