Peter Van Tiggelen to Succeed Tony Falck as Itiviti’s Chief Financial Officer

Tony FalckAs per the recent announcement made by multi-asset trading technology service provider Itiviti, the firm will soon have a new Chief Financial service provider. According to the statement released by the firm, the firm’s current Head of Finance Tony Falck will soon step down from his post and will be succeeded by industry veteran Peter Van Tiggelen. Peter’s official designation at Itiviti is Head of Finance Officer and Executive Vice President and he is expected to join the firm on 2nd September 2019 based out of their office located in London, United Kingdom. Tony the current head of finance department has been at the firm for six years now, however, the statement from the firm lacked any details on Tony’s next phase of career aside from quote “to pursue new opportunities”. 

Peter who is joining the Sweden based trade tech and financial service provider is a veteran with vast experience and knowledge having served as head of finance for several major global firms across Asia and United Stated during his career so far. Peter is currently serving as Chief Finance Officer for CRF, a healthcare technology service provider and served as head of finance for Pharmaceutical firm Amco before joining CRF. Peter is originally from the Netherlands and started his career after graduating with a degree in business administration and finance from the University of Groningen and free university of Amsterdam. Itiviti was also in news a few weeks back for creating a new role at the firm- Head of Customer Success for which it hired industry veteran Gavin Welsh who will also hold an additional title of Executive Vice President Similar to Peter. 

Gavin has more than 25 years of experience in handling Fintech related customer support and will be responsible for creating and implementing the company’s customer strategy and oversee its support operations. Speaking about his new role at Itiviti, Peter commented, “Itiviti is taking shape as a global powerhouse in financial technology, and I cannot think of a more exciting time to join. I really look forward to being part of a tremendous team and contributing to Itiviti’s continued success”. Speaking about Peter’s new role at the firm Rob Mackay, CEO of Itiviti commented, “I am delighted to welcome Peter to Itiviti’s executive team. He comes with excellent credentials for managing our finances, including key roles with Private Equity-backed businesses. In addition to his hands-on management skills, Peter has also demonstrated a keen sense for business, strategy and a sure-handed approach to deliver on key performance targets”.
