OANDA and INFINOX Capital Makes Key Senior Level Promotions to Support Growth

OANDA Group’s Canada Unit Promotes Juan (Jean) DeCarmo to Head of Sales- Solutions for Business

infinoxOANDA Group’s Canadian unit OANDA (Canada) Corporation ULC has promoted Juan (Jean) DeCarmo to Head of Sales- Solutions for Business. DeCarmo has been with OANDA for almost thirteen years and is being promoted from the Enterprise Sales Executive position he has been holding since 2015.

DeCarmo joined the OANDA Group in 2006 as a Client Enterprise Associate, and within two years of joining, he was promoted to the position of Account Manager. DeCarmo in his LinkedIn profile states:

“I am a business professional with a creative mindset, outgoing personality and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. I possess the key ability of listening, enabling me to gain the trust of clients by understanding their business needs helping to bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sale,”

Before OANDA, DeCarmo was working with telecommunications company Bell for little over a year. 

INFINOX Capital Promotes Sam Chaney as the Head of International Business Development

infinoxFX and CFD broker, INFINOX Capital, has promoted Sam Chaney as the Head of International Business Development, as the company increases its focus on expanding to new markets and products around the world.

Sam Chaney has joined INFINOX in March 2018 as Head of Sales, and prior to this, he was Head of Sales for institutional FX and CFDs products at Hantec Markets. He has also worked with OANDA and has started his career with GFT Global Markets in 2009 where he spent almost five years.

Commenting on the news, the CEO of INFINOX, Robert Berkeley said:

“This is a great opportunity for Sam to spearhead our growth into new areas and is a strategic appointment that is aligned to our overall business strategy of diversifying our product offering and geographical coverage.”

Commenting on his promotion, Chaney said:
