NEOM Funded review: the reward cap under the drawdown
NEOM Funded's NEO NOVA cash cap sits under the drawdown on the card, the ACCESS coefficient starts at 70%, and the same-day reward line meets a 14-day contract wait.

Prop-firm review
NEOM Funded
Verdict NEOM Funded suits a forex trader who reads the plan specification before paying, because the NEO NOVA cash cap sits under the drawdown on the card and the NEO ACCESS coefficient starts at 70%. The first reward waits 14 days. The homepage promise of same-day rewards and a flat 90% describes a different product from the contract. The largest caveat is the payout file: illustrative rows and an eight-hour claim stand where an audited total would sit.

Key terms
Figures were read on 4 November 2026. Plan specification v3.0, stamped 26 August 2026, already prints the cap table under a 31 October 2026 banner that the revised legal edition remains pending. Terms v5.1, dated 15 October 2026, name Neom Triple A Information Technology LLC.
- Evaluation fee: pricing shows $60 on the $10,000 NEO NOVA card; the homepage shows $10 for NEO ACCESS, then $59, $99 and $209 on the $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000 cards. The specification lists no dollar prices.
- Account sizes: NEO NOVA $10,000–$150,000; NEO DUO $5,000–$100,000; NEO EXPRESS $1,500–$100,000; NEO ACCESS $5,000–$100,000, on MetaTrader 5 (specification).
- Reward coefficient: 80% on NEO NOVA and NEO DUO, 90% as a paid add-on; NEO EXPRESS 70%; NEO ACCESS 70%, then 80% after the second reward and 90% after the sixth (specification).
- Profit target: NEO NOVA 6%; NEO DUO 8% then 5%; NEO EXPRESS has no target; NEO ACCESS 3% in 30 days (specification).
- Maximum loss: NEO NOVA trails peak equity at 4% through $50,000 and 3% above that, then locks. NEO DUO 8% static; NEO EXPRESS 4% static; NEO ACCESS 7% static (specification).
- Daily loss: static, reset 00:00 UTC: 4% or 3% on NEO NOVA, 5% on NEO DUO and NEO ACCESS, 3% on NEO EXPRESS (rules).
- Reward cycle: every 14 days once funded, minimum $100 after the coefficient; the rules cite an eight-hour average.
- Minimum days: NEO NOVA 3 trading days and 3 days of at least 0.5%; NEO DUO 4 per phase; NEO EXPRESS 5; NEO ACCESS 1 (FAQ).
Where the challenge cards part company with the contract
The $10,000 NEO NOVA card prints a 6% goal, a 4% daily loss, a 4% maximum, three minimum days and a coefficient of up to 80% at $60. The cash ceiling is in the specification, measured before the coefficient, and $100 is the minimum after it. The 80% and 90% columns below are that cap multiplied by the rate.
| Initial simulated balance | Buffer | Cap before coefficient | Balance for the full cap | Cash at 80% | Cash at 90% |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $400 | $300 | $10,700 | $240 | $270 |
| $25,000 | $1,000 | $750 | $26,750 | $600 | $675 |
| $50,000 | $2,000 | $1,500 | $53,500 | $1,200 | $1,350 |
| $100,000 | $3,000 | $2,000 | $105,000 | $1,600 | $1,800 |
| $150,000 | $4,500 | $2,500 | $157,000 | $2,000 | $2,250 |
On $10,000 the $400 buffer equals the 4% allowance, so a full cap pays $240 or $270. At $100,000 and $150,000 both limits are 3%, and the caps of $2,000 and $2,500 sit inside those buffers.
Each NEO ACCESS card leads with "Up to 90% Recognition Tier" at $10 plus $59, $99 or $209. The specification starts the coefficient at 70%, then 80% after the second reward and 90% after the sixth. The rules page sets forex at 1:50, metals at 1:10, exotic forex at 1:20, indices at 1:15 and crypto and equities at 1:1.
The homepage hero says "Same-day Performance Rewards", an eight-hour average, "Up to 90% Reward Coefficient" and "2,000+ Tradable Instruments". The how-it-works page prints "60+ Tradable Instruments" and a first request after 14 days, while the FAQ allows one to three business days plus two to five for a wire. Pricing says six active programmes and the contract names four. The FAQ calls every limit static, and the specification makes the NEO NOVA maximum trail. The terms give the specification the numbers:
The rules page explains them in plain language; the binding rules are the Terms and Conditions and the Plan Specification, which prevail if anything differs.
A Performance Reward / Benefit Program payment is not a profit share, dividend, distribution of trading profits, or interest payment, and does not arise from any beneficial ownership of real trading capital.
What NEOM Funded publishes about performance rewards
The first request opens 14 days after the funded stage, then every 14 days, at a $100 minimum after the coefficient. NEO NOVA adds a 40% best-day test, NEO EXPRESS 20%, and NEO ACCESS 25%, then 35%, then 45%. NEO DUO has a payout path without that test. A failed test holds the request, and the specification treats the hold as something other than a breach. Only NEO DUO returns the account price, at 100% after the second successful reward, as a separate transfer. NEO ACCESS must pay activation within 15 days of a pass, or the account is cancelled.
The homepage marks "+$12,450" as paid in eight hours on a simulated $100,000 account. An audited total, a denial rate and a receipt for any carousel row could not be verified on 4 November 2026.
YvRELA, in a Trustpilot review dated 28 September 2026 on the older NEOMAAA Funded listing, wrote:
In fact, they've changed their name to "NeomFunded."
That review says three requests were rejected, the last for a "change of strategy". Luis, on 27 February 2026, states that a 22 January attempt for $2,443.34, shown as 80% equal to $1,954.67, was rejected over margin usage, and that a 25 February attempt for $2,161.03 was denied. Those figures come from the reviewers, with no matching transfer in the pages read here. Both terms pages name the same LLC, at Business Bay now and at Al-Qarhoud before.
Rules that end a simulated account
Breaching the daily or maximum virtual limit ends the account, and floating equity counts. The daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC, and 30 days without an opened trade is a hard breach. NEO NOVA closes at 22:00 UTC Friday and re-opens Sunday at the same hour. Each position needs a stop within two minutes, and one idea may risk at most 3% of the initial balance, by a ladder short of an automatic hard breach on the first miss. Sub-two-minute profits fall outside the reward. Hedging, copy trading, signals, a location-masking VPN, martingale, grid and latency arbitrage are prohibited, as is a five-minute window either side of a red-folder Forex Factory event once funded, and from day one on NEO EXPRESS.
How the published figures compare
NEO DUO is the two-step book. Cells were read on 4 November 2026 from the plan specification, the FTMO 2-step page and the FundedNext Stellar 2-step page. The balances are simulated, in the sense set out in what a funded account actually is. See also the five-firm comparison, the FTMO review and the prop-firms section.
| Published figure | NEOM Funded NEO DUO | FTMO 2-step | FundedNext Stellar 2-step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 target | 8% | 10% | 8% |
| Phase 2 target | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| Daily loss | 5% static, 00:00 UTC | 5% | 5% |
| Maximum loss | 8% static | 10% | 10% static |
| Minimum days | 4 per phase | 4 | 5 per phase |
| Published share | 80%, or 90% add-on | Up to 90% | 80% in the table; header also says up to 95% |
| First reward | 14 days | Refundable fee; up to 90%; no day count stated | 21 days, then 14 |
DUO's 8% static maximum leaves the best-day test, the trailing floor and the cash cap to NEO NOVA.
Who runs the evaluation
The operator named in the terms is Neom Triple A Information Technology LLC, The Binary by Omniyat, Office 2114, Business Bay, Dubai, on terms v5.1 dated 15 October 2026. The opening clause and the AML framework state the firm's position:
The Participant is not a client, customer, counterparty, investor, or recipient of any regulated investment service.
The Company is not a licensed financial institution, credit institution, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or virtual-asset service provider within the meaning of any applicable legislation, and does not hold customer funds, securities, or investments.
The footer calls the programme simulated and claims no licence from the Spanish CNMV, ESMA or any other authority. Where an evaluation sits against brokerage rules is covered in the regulation perimeter. Products run on MetaTrader 5, United States residents and new Canadian participants are outside the programme, and the footer lists Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus and further sanctioned territories. Coming Soon sits beside NEW and POPULAR on a page that already sells NEO ACCESS from $10.
Frequently asked questions
What coefficient applies to the first performance reward?
NEO NOVA and NEO DUO open at 80%, with 90% only as a paid add-on, and NEO EXPRESS stays at 70%. NEO ACCESS opens at 70%, reaches 80% after the second crystallised reward and 90% after the sixth. The sales line "Up to 90% Recognition Tier" names that final step on the card.
Does the NEO NOVA card show the whole loss rule?
The $10,000 card prints 4% daily and 4% maximum, labelled trailing, which matches that size. At $100,000 and $150,000 both limits are 3%. Peak equity sets the trailing floor, which then locks at the initial balance. The smaller pre-coefficient cap is printed in the specification, beside a buffer equal to the allowance.
When can the first performance reward be requested?
The specification opens the first request 14 days after the funded stage, then every 14 days, once $100 remains after the coefficient. The homepage says same-day rewards and an eight-hour average. The FAQ allows one to three business days, plus two to five for a bank wire, so three clocks were on the site together.
Which evaluation fee comes back after a reward?
Only NEO DUO refunds the account price, at 100% after the second successful reward, and only as a separate transfer the participant requests. NEO NOVA and NEO EXPRESS publish no milestone refund. NEO ACCESS starts at $10, and activation is due within 15 days of a pass or the account is cancelled.
What kind of balance is the funded stage?
The terms, the specification, the AML framework and the footer describe every balance as simulated. The participant clause withholds client, customer, counterparty and investor labels. The reward is a contractual payment from that simulated result after the coefficient, the buffer and the cap.
