NairaProp review: payout rules clash across the site
NairaProp's homepage schema and its bundle disagree on the reward share, the drawdown and the payout clock. Schema copy says 80% and 12 hours. The funded plan objects say 70% and Instant.

Prop-firm review
NairaProp
Verdict NairaProp suits a trader who wants a simulated MetaTrader 5 challenge in naira and who will read the homepage schema and the site bundle as two separate documents. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs one reward share, one drawdown and one payout clock. The biggest caveat is the clash: the schema marks six challenges InStock at an 80% share, a 20% max drawdown and 12-hour payouts, while the funded objects set a 70% split, static loss limits of 10%, 5% or 8%, and Instant payouts.

NairaProp sells Nigerian challenges from a JavaScript homepage at nairaprop.com. On 27 October 2026 the JSON-LD and the bundle disagree on the share, the drawdown, the payout clock, the size and the fee. The same gap is the subject of the Fondeo review on the prop-firm desk.
The bundle's route object for the homepage swaps the static title's ₦200 million pitch for simulated accounts up to ₦8 million, up to 95% of profit, instant NIBSS payouts and challenges from ₦3,000.
Key terms
- Product schema on nairaprop.com prices six InStock offers from 3500 to 45000 naira, ₦3,500 on Who Sabi through ₦45,000 on Legend.
- The FAQ limits accounts to ₦50,000–₦800,000, while the Organization block offers funded accounts up to ₦200 million.
- FAQ and Product print an 80% reward share, and the HowTo funded step widens it to 80-100% with 12-hour payouts.
- Synthetics 2-Step, 1-Step and Deriv USD each set the funded split to 70% and the payout to Instant.
- 2-Step targets 10% then 8%, with a 10% static max loss, a 3% daily loss at 00:00 WAT, minimum days None and leverage 1:100.
- Schema payouts run to 12 hours from ₦10,000 of profit, while naira synthetics wait two trading days, then cap withdrawals at 10%, 50% and 100% of size.
- Deriv USD uses an 8% static max loss, a 4% daily loss, two days a phase, a best day at most 40% of the payout, and ₦1,400 per dollar dated 26 Oct 2026.
What the homepage schema is selling
Who Sabi is ₦50,000 at 3500 naira with a 10% max drawdown, while Starter, Growth, Pro, Elite and Legend run from ₦100,000 at 6000 naira to ₦800,000 at 45000, each at 20%. The Product block marks that range InStock and adds an aggregateRating of 4.9 from 500 reviews. A route description lists ₦50,000 to ₦3 million from ₦3,000 at up to 95%, the challenge-rules route says 10% on both phases, and the HowTo sets totalTime to P14D with estimatedCost 3500. Chidi from Lagos is quoted as saying: "Best prop firm in Nigeria! Got funded in 2 weeks and received my first payout within 12 hours." Emeka from Port Harcourt says the 80% share is real.
What the plan objects in the bundle price
The priced objects are Synthetics 2-Step, 1-Step and Deriv USD, a different shelf from Who Sabi. The characters 80% are absent from the bundle, the price note reads "one-time fee · not on sale yet", the FAQ answers "When can I buy?" with "Not yet", the Deriv USD cap string ends "then no cap", the keyword meta includes "prop firm without daily drawdown", and the HowTo Phase 1 step includes the words "No time limit".
2-Step, status Opening soon, costs 6000, 14900, 28900 and 56900 naira on 200k through 2000k, at 10% then 8%, 10% static, 3% daily at 00:00 WAT, minimum days None and leverage 1:100, on "Synthetic indices only". Caps read "10%, then 50%, then 100% of size", the first payout is "After 2 trading days, then instant", and the holding cap is "₦6M of Synthetics accounts". 1-Step, Coming later, costs 7500 to 68900 naira, with one 10% target, 5% static, 2% daily and that same holding cap.
Deriv USD, Opening soon, charges 39, 69, 159, 279 and 479 dollars from $5,000 to $100,000, and $100,000 says "Opens later". At ₦1,400 per dollar on 26 Oct 2026, the $69 fee is ₦96,600. Limits are 8% static and 4% daily, two days a phase, Deriv-set leverage, a best day at most 40% of the payout, and $100,000 across USD accounts. Sales default to false, and /payments/synthetics-status stayed unread. Both use MetaTrader 5 demos with virtual funds. NP FLEX welcome prices are ₦2,700, ₦7,650 and ₦44,100, against an X bio of ₦2,999, one 20% rule and ₦200 million.
What NairaProp publishes about payouts
The schema FAQ promises 12 hours and same-day bank credit from ₦10,000 of profit. The synthetics FAQ waits two WAT days, then calls payouts instant, and stages dollar withdrawals at 5% then 10% at the locked ₦1,400 rate.
On 20 October 2026 @nairaprop said traders took home N152 million in September, "That's what our traders took home in September", in that roundup. On 21 October it said a new funded account is issued after a successful payout. On 26 October it said naira synthetic accounts were now live, in that announcement, against the bundle's Opening soon and Coming later. The 25 October Free Comeback post offers one courtesy account on NP EXPRESS, NP FLEX and NP MAX after 50% profit before a breach, and the bundle names only NP FLEX.
What stays unverified is an audited total, a licence number, the live sales flag, payout-wall figures past the application shell, and any Trustpilot score, after that page failed to load. The N152 million claim, the 4.9 rating and Chidi's sentence are the firm's own words, and what a funded account is turns on the bundle's virtual funds against the schema's funded label.
Rules that close the account
On a ₦1 million 2-Step the daily loss is ₦30,000, from equity at 00:00 WAT including open trades. Equity of ₦1,040,000 with ₦40,000 floating sets the line at ₦1,010,000, and a give-back to ₦1,000,000 closes the account at the starting balance. The indices trade all week, so that midnight line includes public holidays.
The funded object sets hedging to "Not allowed, with any account", the synthetics FAQ says a forex trade is closed and its profit does not count, and the environment disclosure states that NairaProp is not a broker and does not accept deposits or investments. The schema allows bots and Expert Advisors, and it restricts high-frequency trading and cryptocurrency. On 26 October 2026 @nairaprop posted that the reset option is only available for Phase One accounts and that funded accounts are not eligible for a reset, so a funded-stage loss falls outside Free Comeback, and the complaints path is nairaprop.com/complaints.
How these figures compare
FTMO and Fondeo are taken from the FTMO review of 8 August 2026 and the Fondeo review of 17 September 2026, so those columns are dated neighbours rather than a fresh check. The perimeter is in the prop-firm regulation explainer.
| Term | NairaProp schema | NairaProp 2-Step | FTMO 2-Step, 8 Aug 2026 | Fondeo Two-Step, 17 Sep 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reward share | 80%, or 80-100% in the HowTo | 70% | 80% base, to 90% on scaling | 70% at the start, 90% after 16 months |
| Profit target | 10% then 5% | 10% then 8% | 10% then 5% | 10% then 5% |
| Max loss | 20%, or 10% on Who Sabi | 10% static | 10% static | 10% in Phase 1, 5% in Phase 2 |
| Payout timing | 12 hours from ₦10,000 profit | Instant after 2 trading days | On demand after 14 days | 12 to 48 hours |
| Entry fee | ₦3,500 for ₦50,000 | ₦6,000 for ₦200,000 | €1,080 for $200,000 | $159 for 10,000 USDT |
FTMO's reported best-day cap is 50% of positive-day profit, against Deriv USD's 40% of the payout, and Fondeo's reported cap is 5% of profit per payout. FTMO owns OANDA while its challenge stays simulated, and NairaProp's files leave the company line blank.
Regulatory posture
The entity object sets brand to NairaProp and sets legal_name, registration_number, registered_address and payment_collection_entity to null, so the legal entity stays unnamed, while Squad and Korapay are the named processors and a bank statement may show another name. Contacts are support@nairaprop.com, legal@nairaprop.com and +234 915 866 5501. foundingDate is 2024, the @nairaprop profile lists 14 December 2025, and a regulator, a licence number and a registered office are absent from both files.
FAQ
What reward share do NairaProp's own pages print?
Product and FAQ blocks say 80%, including on Who Sabi, and the HowTo says 80-100% of profits. Bundle routes say up to 95%, and the three funded objects set 70%. The late-October X bio prints a 20% max drawdown and a ₦2,999 start, and leaves the share off that bio entirely.
How fast does NairaProp say a payout arrives?
The FAQ schema says 12 hours from ₦10,000 of profit, with same-day bank credit. Synthetics objects say Instant after two separate days of closed trades, then cap naira withdrawals at 10%, 50% and 100% of size. The home route says instant NIBSS payouts, and September's N152 million remains the firm's own unaudited post.
Which loss limit is attached to a NairaProp challenge?
The HowTo uses 20% on a 10% then 5% path, and the offers use 10% on Who Sabi and 20% on the other five. Bundle objects use 10% static and 3% daily on 2-Step, 5% and 2% on 1-Step, and 8% and 4% on Deriv USD. The X bio collapses that set to a single 20% max drawdown.
What sort of money sits in a NairaProp account?
The environment disclosure calls every challenge and funded-stage account a simulated MT5 demo balance, with rewards paid under the Terms, and the synthetics copy says the same of the Deriv dollar demo. Schema copy still describes funded accounts up to ₦200 million and keeps the word simulated out of the Organization, Product and FAQ blocks.
