MyFundedPerps review: first payout locks the loss floor
MyFundedPerps sells a one-step simulated perpetuals challenge. On Select, Prime and Signature, the first withdrawal locks the loss floor to the starting balance.

Prop-firm review
MyFundedPerps
Verdict MyFundedPerps suits a trader who wants one step, no consistency rule and a daily payout request, inside a 3% to 6% static loss limit. It does not suit anyone who needs live capital, funded news trading, or more than $100,000 in lifetime withdrawals. The biggest caveat is the first payout on Select, Prime and Signature: the loss floor locks to the starting balance, and taking all the profit leaves no room for the next loss. Elite does not use that lock. The firm publishes no audited payout total.

Key terms
- Challenge fee: Elite lists $49 to $495 with a 3% daily loss limit, and $99 to $965 without one. The 4 October 2026 article lists Select, Prime and Signature from $40 to $870.
- Account sizes: $10,000 to $100,000 on Select, Prime and Signature; $5,000 to $50,000 on Elite.
- Profit split: 80% to the trader, or 90% only if bought with the account, in the payouts guide. It cannot be added later.
- Profit target: 9% Select, 12% Prime, 10% Signature, 10% Elite, of starting balance, in the challenges guide. No time limit.
- Maximum drawdown: static, at 3%, 5%, 6% and 5%. The first withdrawal locks Select, Prime and Signature to the starting balance. Elite's floor does not move.
- Daily loss limit: 3% of starting balance, from midnight New York equity. Elite can be bought with no daily limit.
- Payouts: one New York day per account on Select, Prime and Signature, minimum $100 gross. Elite is on demand, minimum 1% of size. Lifetime receipts stop at $100,000 a user, after the split.
- Minimum trading days: none, and no consistency rule, in the challenges guide. The September 2026 terms still require a trade every 30 days in evaluation and every 7 once funded. An open position does not reset the clock.
What the firm sells, and what the $250 million is not
MyFundedPerps sells a one-step test in simulated perpetual futures. The terms say every account runs "exclusively within a simulated, non-executing environment," that no trade uses real capital, and that there is no live-account path. The split is paid from the company's funds. That is a funded account on this desk: a fee for a test, not the trader's deposit.
The homepage prints "Partner Firm Payouts $250M+" beside a $300,000 cap, then "$250M+" and "100K+" payouts to My Funded Futures since 2023. That is another domain, reviewed on 29 July 2026 for its payouts, drawdown and NFA bid. MyFundedPerps opened requests on 11 September 2026. On 23 October 2026 the exposure-caps page listed bitcoin at 10 times and ether at 8 times.
What MyFundedPerps publishes about payouts
The payouts guide says requests opened at midnight New York time on 11 September 2026. Select, Prime and Signature get one request per account each Eastern day. Elite does not. A pending request locks trading and cannot be cancelled. A request from midnight to 9:00 a.m. Eastern can take longer. No page gives a maximum number of hours.
The minimum is $100 gross on Select, Prime and Signature: $80 at 80/20, or $90 at 90/10. Elite's minimum is 1% of size, so $50, $100, $250 or $500. Approval removes the full gross amount. Cash needs Rise after Sumsub approves a document and a liveness check.
Each user may receive at most $100,000 after the split, on every model combined. New accounts do not reset it. The 4 October article still says there is "no payout count cap and no lifetime payout cap." There is no audited total. On 22 October 2026 @MyFundedPerps posted: "We've officially paid out over $1,000,000 to MyFundedPerps traders." Payout Junction showed $1,029,114 across 2,200 Rise payouts at 07:06 UTC on 23 October, average $468, median $229, largest $11,966 on 15 October, and a busiest day of $108,484 on 20 October. It counts Rise only. This desk did not re-check the chain, and the firm publishes no denial rate.
Wonderful experience so far. Won a bunch of free cases that provided credits and accounts and finally was able to get a payout from a 5K Elite. Two small payouts so far but the process was quick and easy. Withdrawal to Rise and then to my bank account took less than 5 minutes, if even. Would recommend giving it a shot. Especially the Elite plan.
Jonathan Hang wrote that on Trustpilot on 15 October 2026 about a $5,000 Elite account. Two small payouts are not a processing rule.
The rules that close a funded account
A $100,000 Signature account starts at a $94,000 floor. The first withdrawal sets the floor at $100,000 for good. Equity on the line is allowed. Equity at $99,999, including an open loss, closes the account. Taking $3,200 at 80/20 removes $4,000 gross. Elite does not lock. A $25,000 Elite account keeps its $23,750 line, and a full withdrawal restores the original $1,250 of room.
The daily limit, where it exists, is 3% of starting balance from midnight New York equity: $3,000 on $100,000. Touch it and the account fails. The commissions guide charges 0.03% of crypto notional each way, $6 round trip on a $10,000 fill, plus a 0.03% daily swap. On a $10,000 Select account the whole loss allowance is $300.
The challenges guide counts the target and the losses on equity, open profit included. The 14 September 2026 article still says to "hit the profit target on realized balance." Prefer the guide. A stop still needs a fresh price, so it can miss the limit.
News is open in evaluation. Once funded, the September article bars new exposure from 10 minutes before a red-folder release until 2 minutes after, and bars manual trades from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after. Offending profit can be removed at review. The terms ban latency plays, cross-account hedges, outside copying, shared logins and wash trades, except same-owner copying. The fee is kept once you trade or load data. An unused purchase can be refunded within 48 hours, and the terms name no deduction. Funded size stops at $300,000 in total and $100,000 per model. A pass beyond that waits on Funding Review, which is not an approval. Miss the inactivity trade, at 30 days or at 7, and the account closes with no refund.
A $100,000 account against FTMO and Topstep
Signature at $100,000 is set against FTMO's objectives and reward FAQ, read on 23 October 2026, and Topstep's maximum loss, consistency, Combine and payout pages. See the separate FTMO and Topstep reviews. FTMO tests contracts for difference. Topstep is futures and still describes a live account. MyFundedPerps says it has none.
| Rule | MyFundedPerps Signature, $100,000 | FTMO 2-Step, $100,000 | Topstep Combine, $100,000 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profit target | 10%, or $10,000, one step | 10% ($10,000), then 5% ($5,000) | $6,000 |
| Maximum loss | 6% static; floor $94,000, then $100,000 after the first withdrawal | 10% static, floor $90,000 | $3,000 trailing; $0 after the first payout |
| Daily loss | 3%, or $3,000 | 5%, or $5,000 | None on new TopstepX since 25 August 2024; $2,000 where a limit remains |
| Consistency | 0% rule | 0% on the 2-Step page | Best day at most 50% of the $6,000 target |
| Trader's share | 80%, or 90% if purchased | 80%; 90% if scaling is met | 100% until $10,000 received, then 90% |
| Minimum days | 0 | 4 per phase; reward from day 14 | 0 days stated; two days can meet consistency |
Who operates MyFundedPerps
The terms name Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., doing business as MyFundedPerpetuals. Delaware law governs, with individual arbitration there under the American Arbitration Association and a class waiver. No NFA, CFTC or FCA licence is claimed. A web search found no BASIC profile. That is not a register extract. It fits a simulated test, not a broker, the distinction in our prop firm regulation piece.
fundingperpetuals.com names Funding Predicts Holdings, Inc., a different company. This review is only of myfundedperpetuals.com. Traders must be 18, keep one login, and avoid barred places, including OFAC jurisdictions. The 14 September article says thirty countries and regions are restricted and the United States is not one of them. The live list is not in the terms, and this review did not call the country API. The firm may call a method prohibited and refuse the payout.
Frequently asked questions
Is MyFundedPerps the same firm as My Funded Futures?
The homepage credits the My Funded Futures team and shows that firm's totals. The terms name Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. on another domain. These are simulated perpetual futures, not the futures accounts in the 29 July 2026 review. The $250 million line is the futures figure, not this product.
What does the first payout do to the loss floor?
On Select, Prime and Signature the floor starts at the starting balance minus the static drawdown. The first withdrawal pins it to the starting balance. One dollar under it, including an open loss, closes the account. Elite does not lock. Its floor stays 5% under the starting balance.
Is there a lifetime payout cap?
Yes. The guide caps each user at $100,000 received, after the split, across every account and model. New purchases and resets do not lift it. The 4 October 2026 article still says there is no cap. The guide controls. Read that ceiling before paying extra for the 90% share.
How is the profit target measured?
The challenges guide counts the target and the loss rules on equity, including open profit and loss. The 14 September 2026 article still measures the target on realised balance. The pages disagree. Prefer the guide, which already includes Elite, and check the rule card.
Does the firm publish a payout time?
No hour limit appears in the payouts guide. Requests are reviewed, trading locks while one is pending, and the window is not immediate payment. A request between midnight and 9:00 a.m. New York can take longer. Cash needs Sumsub, then Rise.
Are the funded accounts live capital?
No. The terms say every challenge and funded account is simulated and non-executing, that no trade risks real capital, and that there is no live path. The split is calculated on simulated results and paid from the company's funds. The fee buys the test.
This review is independent editorial analysis and is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and is not an endorsement or solicitation. The Industry Spread has no affiliate or referral relationship with the firms covered. Proprietary trading challenges carry a fee that is generally non-refundable, most participants do not reach a funded account, and funded capital is the firm's capital, not the trader's. Terms change frequently — always verify current rules directly with the firm before paying any fee.
