Prop-firm review

MyForexFunds

Verdict MyForexFunds suits nobody buying a challenge today. Read on 19 October 2026, the homepage dates a return to 23 November 2026 and says Global Solutions Operations FZE operates the site. It does not suit anyone who needs a profit split, drawdown rule or payout timetable, because those figures are not published. The biggest caveat is the terms of use: the new operator says it has not assumed Traders Global Group Inc.'s rewards liabilities, while the homepage still claims more than $290 million in rewards.

Verdict: MyForexFunds suits nobody buying a challenge today.

Key terms the site does and does not give

The homepage totals are the site's own claims, not an audit, and they are not a price list.

  • Relaunch: 23 November 2026, on the homepage and the returns page.
  • Terms dated 28 September 2026: Global Solutions Operations FZE acquired the brand and site from Traders Global Group Inc. on 1 August 2026. Source: the terms of use.
  • Homepage claims, unaudited: 450,000+ unique traders and $290+ million in rewards.
  • Footer licence L-4713, Dubai World Trade Centre Authority. Not confirmed on a public register here.
  • Globeline Markets Ltd, Saint Lucia, number 2026-00192, as printed. MetaTrader is the only platform named. The number was not checked on a Saint Lucia register.
  • Restoration page: two stages, 50% of eligible accounts each, both "30 days apart" and "within 30 days". No account count.
  • Schema datePublished and dateModified: 12 October 2026. A page stamp, not a rules version.
  • Absent for a new account: fee, size, profit split, profit target, maximum drawdown, daily loss, payout interval, minimum days. Eight figures, none published.

What the 23 November pages promise

The homepage is a coming-soon page, "Relaunching November 23, 2026", and the returns page says the firm "will relaunch" that day. The slogans are not defined, and nothing is for sale. Public pages that day were the homepage, the returns note, a chief executive's letter, a team page, memories and the legal policies. None is a fee card or a payout policy.

Our goal isn't to chase trends or reinvent ourselves for the sake of it. It's to take everything we've learned and use it to build something stronger for the future.

The line is on the message page from Haider Raza, called owner and chief executive and signed "Haider R." He writes that he was there from the beginning. The terms do not name him. The returns page adds unnamed programmes and "familiar platforms and new additions" for traders hit by the "29 August 2023 freeze". The footer names only MetaTrader, and says it is not offered to anyone in the United States.

What MyForexFunds publishes about payouts

The homepage payout line is "$290+ Million in Rewards Distributed", beside "450,000+ Unique Traders". There is no withdrawal table, no payer and no auditor. Neither figure is treated as verified.

The terms refuse the liability. Global Solutions Operations FZE "has not assumed any of the Traders Global's liabilities or obligations", including the "discretionary rewards program", which it "administers solely as a service provider" for Traders Global. That is not a split or a calendar. The privacy policy, dated 28 September 2026, leaves August 2023 rewards data with Traders Global as controller. The only contacts are info@myforexfunds.com and legal@myforexfunds.com.

The returns page still has no dollars. Pending rewards are "almost completed". An "Account Rollout Plan" would put evaluation accounts back at the 29 August 2023 phase and equity, and funded accounts without a prior payout or refund at that day's equity. Traders could keep "the original program rules" or take "the newly updated program structure". Neither text is printed. Two stages, 50% each, would launch "30 days apart" and also finish "within 30 days". Selection is "Randomly from a Randomizer".

Unverified, and stated as unverified: the $290+ million, the 450,000 traders, the "almost completed" rewards, any 29 August 2023 equity, any restored-account count, and any current split, cap, frequency or minimum days. No ledger is linked. Forum posts were not used. They cannot invent a percentage, or show who controls the domain.

Rules a trader cannot check before the relaunch

A consistency cap, trailing versus static drawdown, a news ban, minimum days and a banned-strategy list are not on the homepage, terms, privacy policy, letter, team page or returns page. There is no current rule to quote, and no way to say what would void an account on 23 November.

The terms say the site is not an offer, and that MyForexFunds "is not registered, licensed, or qualified with any securities regulatory authority." Canada and the UAE are excluded, while the footer puts the office in Dubai. Every account is simulated: no customer funds are deposited, held or traded, and the operator is not a broker and holds no client money. That capital is not the trader's, which is the point of what a funded account is.

MetaTrader is credited to a separate firm, Globeline Markets Ltd, in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. US persons get no MetaTrader credentials. Other US platforms "may be offered" and are not named. Old rules or new, no drawdown is published.

Who the terms name, and the 2023 CFTC case

The terms say Global Solutions Operations FZE owns the site, and that "MyForexFunds" there means that company. The footer prints licence L-4713 and Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai. No Dubai World Trade Centre register was opened, so L-4713 is only the site's claim. The terms separately say there is no securities registration. The team page's city clocks do not make those people officers of the free-zone firm.

The 2023 case does not name today's operator. On 29 August 2023 Judge Robert B. Kugler signed an ex parte order in the District of New Jersey, Civil Action No. 3:23-cv-11808, freezing assets and appointing a temporary receiver. The CFTC had a prima facie case on unregistered retail forex and off-exchange commodity trades. The order ran to 12 September 2023 unless extended. No later docket entry is used. It is not a final judgment.

The CFTC complaint names Traders Global Group Inc., a New Jersey corporation doing business as "My Forex Funds", a Canadian organisation of the same name, and Murtuza Kazmi. It alleges that from at least November 2021 more than 135,000 customers paid at least $310 million in fees, and that payments to successful customers came from other customers' fees "in a manner similar to a Ponzi scheme". Those are allegations, not findings about the 2026 company, and they do not audit the homepage rewards line. The terms call Traders Global the seller on 1 August 2026 and say the buyer took on no liabilities. They do not say Kazmi runs the site. See our CFTC and ESMA note and the 29 August 2023 order.

What is published, set against two firms that print numbers

MyForexFunds has a date. FTMO and FundedNext have rules, read on 19 October 2026. The FTMO column is the two-step challenge on ftmo.com/en, not its Instant Account, advertised separately at a 90% reward ratio and a 10% maximum loss. The FundedNext column is only the card labelled CFDs-FNL:002 on fundednext.com.

Published rule MyForexFunds FTMO Challenge FundedNext card CFDs-FNL:002
Profit target Not published 10%, then 5% in Verification Not on this card
Maximum loss Not published 10% of the initial balance 12% maximum loss limit
Daily loss limit Not published 5% of the initial balance Not on this card
Reward share Not published 80%, up to 90% after scaling 85% reward share
Minimum days Not published 4 days with a position opened 2 minimum profitable days in each phase
Stated reward timing Not published No day-count on this pricing table 3 days, on this card

FTMO's footer names FTMO s.r.o. in Prague, says it is not a broker and takes no deposits, and calls the accounts simulated. FundedNext also says "Rewards in 24h or get $1,000 extra" without stating the fee. Its footer names GrowthNext – F.Z.E., registration 28831, Ajman, for the website, and FundedNext Ltd, registration HY01023052, Mohéli, for the simulated environment. None of this is audited. See our 2026 payout comparison, the FTMO review and the FundedNext review. MyForexFunds cannot be ranked on split or speed until it publishes numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Is a MyForexFunds challenge on sale today?

No. On 19 October 2026 the site is a pre-launch homepage, a returns note and legal policies. The terms call it informational and not an offer. No page states a fee, account size, profit split, profit target, drawdown, daily-loss limit, payout interval or minimum days. The only return date is 23 November 2026, and a date is not a rulebook a trader can fail.

Who operates myforexfunds.com?

The terms, privacy policy and footer name Global Solutions Operations FZE, which the terms say bought the brand from Traders Global Group Inc. on 1 August 2026. The footer prints Dubai World Trade Centre licence L-4713 and Sheikh Rashid Tower. This review did not confirm that licence on a public register. The terms do not name Haider Raza, and they do not say the 2023 defendants still operate the domain.

Does the $290 million line mean withdrawals are open?

No. "$290+ million" is a homepage claim with no ledger. The terms call the old programme discretionary and say the new operator has not assumed Traders Global's liabilities, while administering it as a service provider. The returns page says pending rewards are almost complete and gives no amount. That is not a withdrawal window, and it was not audited here.

Did the 2023 CFTC case decide who runs the site now?

No. It names Traders Global Group Inc., a New Jersey corporation doing business as "My Forex Funds", a Canadian organisation of the same name, and Murtuza Kazmi. The 29 August 2023 order is an asset freeze and temporary receiver on a prima facie showing, not a final judgment. The complaint's fraud wording is an allegation. The 2026 terms name a different operator, which says it did not take on those liabilities.

This review is independent editorial analysis and is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and is not an endorsement or solicitation. The Industry Spread has no affiliate or referral relationship with the firms covered. Proprietary trading challenges carry a fee that is generally non-refundable, most participants do not reach a funded account, and funded capital is the firm's capital, not the trader's. Terms change frequently — always verify current rules directly with the firm before paying any fee.
