Louise Lunn to Head FICO’s Global Analytics Delivery

FICO, a California based software firm specialising in analytics tools, has revealed in its latest announcement that it has promoted Mrs. Louise Lunn to serve as its head of global analytics delivery organisation. In her new role at the firm, Mrs. Lunn will continue to work from the firm’s UK office and be responsible for leading all of the firm’s data scientists who work on developing custom analytics solutions and exploratory analytics projects.

These teams have been known to cater to some world’s top banks, retailers, telecommunications firms, and insurance companies. Louise has been a part of the firm for more than one and a half years now, having joined the firm back in January of 2019 as Senior Director of Analytics Consulting – EMEA region. As head of the EMEA analytics unit, Louse was in charge of the team, which handles the delivery of analytics projects to the firm’s clients across the region. 

Now she is responsible for both the team in charge of analytics project delivery across the globe and a special global analytics delivery center based in Bangalore – India, which is responsible for solving unique problems and analytics required by the firm’s clients. She is a veteran who has been active as a risk and analytics specialist for nearly 25 years now.

Before joining FICO, she served as a Partner at Radar Risk Limited – an independent credit risk consultancy for nearly eight and a half years. Mrs. Lunn began her career as an analyst at Scorex UK limited shortly after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelors’s degree in Systems Modelling in 1995. She then spent nearly a decade serving in roles of business consultant and solutions manager at the firm post, which she moved to an independent unit of Scorex in Bradford – Experian Decision Analytics, where she served as Head of Analytics team for the next three years.
