US based multinational forex brokerage service provider Integral has appointed industry veteran Sanjay Madgavkar as its new Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Business Development. In his new roles as CSO and head of business development, Sanjay is responsible for defining the firm’s business strategy and will also oversee the identification of new markets and opportunities for the company as per statement released by the firm. The statement also mentioned that Sanjay will take care of senior relationships with the firm’s clients and strategic partners. Sanjay is a veteran when it comes to forex markets, having spent more than two decades in forex sector in a tier one bank.
He brings to integral over two decades of his experience in FX sector which began with Sanjay serving as FX sales representative in 1997. Sanjay worked for Citi bank’s forex division for entirety of his career prior to joining integral. He started out as FX sales representative in their Canadian office and moved on to FX ecommerce division in their New York Office. Sanjay then went on to become Global head of Margin FX trading handling operations in US, Asia and Europe and was then promoted to role of Managing Director, Global Head of Prime Brokerage – a post which he held for more than seven years until his resignation last month.
