DSTOQ Promotes David Holtzman as its New Chief Technology Officer

DSTOQ, a licensed borderless exchanges supporting peer to peer trading of tokenized securities such as equities, bonds, stock and gold has announced the appointment of David Holtzman as its new Chief Security Officer. David Holtzman has been promoted from his previous role as Technical Advisor at DSTOQ.

In his new role as Chief Security Officer, Holtzman will be responsible for all security related jobs of the DSTOQ platform and will be involved in implementing policies and procedure regarding business continuity, loss prevention, fraud prevention and privacy. He will oversee all the functionalities of safeguarding of intellectual property and computer systems as well as the creation of global security protocols and procedures to ensure DSTOQ platform continues to be a safe and secure investment platform.

DSTOQ will be extensively benefited from the Holtzman’s knowledge and experience in the information technology field. Holtzman has over three decades of experience in the emerging technology space and held several roles including executive, software developer, advisor and entrepreneur. He was Chief Technology Officer at Network Solutions, IBM’s Internet Information’s Chief Scientist where he was involved in the development of Cryptolopes, selling encrypted, digitized content. He has also served at Booz Allen & Hamilton, leading the development of a distributed information system used by NATO and Wall Street.

The DSTOQ platform issues real-world token on its platform in a tokenized form helping investors to invest in high growth assets such as Uber, Snapchat or Apple using cryptocurrencies, removing the need of third-party intermediaries.
