Dogecoin Labs to operate MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App
Dogecoin Labs, formed with the Foundation on October 21, says it will run MyDoge, DogeOS and Such App. The House of Doge asset transfer is still open.

Dogecoin Labs is a company, not a new network. Announced on October 21, 2026, with the Dogecoin Foundation, it says it will own and operate three products that already exist: the MyDoge wallet, the DogeOS application layer and Such App, a merchant tool for Dogecoin (DOGE). Nasdaq-listed House of Doge says an exclusive commercial agreement is now a long-term licence. The equity stake pays for an asset contribution the same release still treats as unclosed.
An application layer can be promoted for years and still fail a cost test, as when Blast wound down its Ethereum layer because costs exceeded revenue. DogeOS has no mainnet date. October 21 moved a commercial brief, not Dogecoin's throughput.
What the wires commit, and what they defer
The Dogecoin Labs release, datelined Dubai and sourced to DogeOS, says the organisation will own and operate the three products, with intellectual property and teams from the Foundation and House of Doge. Chief executive Jordan Jefferson, founder of MyDoge and DogeOS, leads it. House of Doge's release, datelined Miami the same morning, adds co-founder Alex Lewis. It says Foundation director Tim Stebbing will leave the House of Doge board for Dogecoin Labs.
The agreements cover selected product, engineering and commercial operations, plus related assets, for a strategic equity stake. Neither wire states the size or a valuation. Closing, completion and the transfer are forward-looking, and no date is given. The Block and Decrypt reported the formation the same day. The licence is described as done. House of Doge keeps its work with 21Shares on the Dogecoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) trading as TDOG, the 2x Long Dogecoin ETF trading as TXXD, and a Dogecoin product on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The Foundation has named Dogecoin Labs its official commercial partner and keeps stewardship, open-source support, advocacy and community work. It posted no October note of its own.
Three products, three stages
Only MyDoge has a user count. The Labs wire says the self-custodial wallet "grew to more than 500,000 users without paid acquisition," and that MyDoge V3 "has also launched and rolled out to users in recent weeks." MyDoge and DogeOS were already Jefferson's. Such App and selected House of Doge operations are what the stake is meant to buy, nearer to Payward taking Magic's wallet arm than to a protocol upgrade.
DogeOS "launched its public testnet on September 30" as an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible environment. Its documentation says the testnet is the way in, and that the next job is decentralising the stack. There is no mainnet date. The testnet guide still marks featured applications as coming soon. Such App's beta takes DOGE for invoices and in-person QR payments. A DogeOS link is planned, not live, and no volume is given, which puts the merchant claim with pilots that have not published a book. The wire says the app and its team "will join" Dogecoin Labs, so the handover is not described as done.
"The community has been saying 'DOGE to $1' for years. Our focus is to build the economy that ambition calls for," Jefferson said. That answers a slogan. It is not a dated target, and neither wire links a product date to a DOGE price. Tim Stebbing, director of the Dogecoin Foundation and of Dogecoin Labs, said: "Dogecoin Labs creates a focused organization for turning the strength of this community into products people use, while preserving the principles and open development model at the heart of Dogecoin."
House of Doge chief executive Marco Margiotta pointed the listed company elsewhere. "This partnership strengthens House of Doge's ability to execute our core growth strategy: tokenizing alternative investment products and unlocking value from our strategic investments in sports," he said. The wires carry no comment from 21Shares.
Two descriptions of the commercial arm
House of Doge's about page still calls the firm "the official commercial arm of the Dogecoin Foundation." The wires give that exclusive role to Dogecoin Labs. The news index dates the item October 22, 2026. Until the page or a filing catches up, two descriptions of the commercial arm are in circulation.
Decentralised Finance (DeFi), gaming and social products are named beside wallets and payments, without a ship date. What would settle the story is a closing notice, a DogeOS mainnet window or a Such App note that the DogeOS link is live. Until then, Dogecoin Labs is the Foundation's official commercial partner on two company statements, and the asset transfer is still open.
