Divisa Capital, the multi-asset prime broker has promoted Michael Ayres as its Chief Operating Officer for its UK operations, replacing Arik Oslerne who resigned from the position on July.
Michael Ayres has been the Chief Risk Officer with the broker since May this year. Ayres has over a decade of experience in the forex industry and started his career with ODL Securities LTD in 2008 in the forex operations/middle office. During his time at ODL Securities, Ayres has managed several roles including Trade Reconciliation, Prime Broker Risk management, Daily Profit & Loss reports.
Before joining Divisa, Ayres was working at GKFX as Director of Operations and has joined the firm in 2013. Ayres joined GKFX as the Head of EFX & Trading Operations overlooking company’s global trading operations and solutions and implement the company’s strategy.
