cTrader Integrates Blinger.io to Improve Brokers Customer Support

cTrader Integrates Blinger.io to Improve Brokers Customer Support

brokersThe integration with the Blinger.io live chat is part of cTrader’s Traders First approach, which aims to provide everything traders need in one space.

Spotware Systems, the software developer which created multi-asset trading platform cTrader, has partnered with Blinger.io to deliver customer support on the cTrader trading platform, involving an integration of cTrader Live Chat with Blinger.io.

Combining the most popular messaging apps and social networks, Blinger.io allows brokers to manage all conversations in one interface, which greatly improves brokers’ customer support and provides their clients with the preferred channel of communication.

cTrader’s proprietary add-on Live Chat feature for traders to communicate with their broker within the platform will be integrated with Blinger.io in order to allow cTrader Live Chat to become one of Blinger.io’s channels. The integration will enable brokers to engage with their clients on cTrader Live Chat directly within the Blinger.io interface. Clients can contact their broker in various ways, though.

Spotware has recently released the cTrader Web 3.3 version which comes with top fundamental and technical analysis tools from FXStreet and Autochartist. The FXStreet Economic Calendar and Autochartist Market Analysis were added to help traders make more informed decisions.

In May 2019, Spotware Systems decided to remove the 30% charge on commissions earned by the Strategy Providers in cTrader Copy in an effort to attract professional traders, offer better terms and improve the overall trading environment.

In April 2019, the company launched a fully supported solution for startup retail forex FX and CFD brokers, including access to global infrastructure and hosting in LD5, ongoing technical support from Spotware and regular updates with new features.
