Binance will stop accepting Bitcoin (BTC) mining shares at Binance Pool at 07:00 UTC on November 10, 2026. The October 13 notice switches off the pool, Pool Savings, Cloud Mining and the Transaction Accelerator at that minute. A second clock, 23:59 UTC, covers identity checks for accounts still due a final credit. The notice does not forecast BTC.

The risk is that gap, not a network-share number the notice never gives. A share submitted after 07:00 UTC will not be accepted, processed or credited. Hosts that pointed customer machines at Binance endpoints have a configuration deadline, not a market event. The contrast with a court exit is direct. Poolin's Chapter 11 put wallet holders inside an asset sale. Binance has published a Stratum disconnect, and it has not named a replacement for Binance Pool.

What the notice switches off

The page sits in Latest Binance News and is signed Binance Team on October 13, 2026. It says Binance will discontinue Binance Pool and related services on that November date. Besides Binance Pool, Pool Savings, Cloud Mining and the Transaction Accelerator, the cutoff retires Telegram hashrate alerts, email notifications and the mining-pool application programming interface (API). At 07:00 UTC Binance starts disconnecting mining connections and disables Binance Mining Pool Stratum URLs and mining endpoints. Product entry points close. No new rewards, yield or service benefits accrue after that time.

As part of our ongoing review of products and services, Binance will discontinue Binance Pool and related services on 2026-11-10.

That sentence is the notice's own wording, signed Binance Team. It is not a comment from a named executive. Neither CoinDesk's October 15 report nor The Block's October 13 report quotes a named executive. Both trace the clocks to the notice. The notice gives no financial reason for the exit.

Until the cutoff, Binance says the pool should keep running under normal conditions. Eligible shares submitted before 07:00 UTC on November 10 go into the final reward calculation under Binance Pool rules. Rewards, balances, refunds or settlements after that are processed only where the user qualifies under the Mining Pool Product Terms, and only after account status, risk controls, compliance checks and applicable law.

Work due before the cutoff

The notice lists four actions before the service ends:

  • Disconnect from Binance Pool before the discontinuation time.
  • Point miners at a different pool before 07:00 UTC on November 10, so later work is not lost.
  • Review open Pool Savings positions and unsubscribe or redeem them before the service ends.
  • Make the Binance account able to receive any eligible remainder, including identity verification where it is required, by 23:59 UTC on November 10.

A Pool Savings balance or a Cloud Mining position that is still open stops accruing when those entry points close. The notice does not publish a tally of either book. On November 10 the homepage links to Binance Pool come down, while the pages stay up for 14 days, until 07:00 UTC on November 24, for historical data, account records and payout status where those records remain. After that they are permanently inaccessible. Users are told to download reports and transaction history first. If a translation differs, the English text controls.

What the notice leaves out

It does not say where remaining miners should send their machines, and it states no hashrate figure for Binance Pool. This piece does not import one from secondary write-ups. CoinDesk, citing a Binance mining blog post, reported that in October 2022 the pool announced a $500 million lending programme, with secured loans of 18 to 24 months at 5% to 10%. The October 13 closure notice does not mention that programme or any loan balance.

Other shutdowns on this desk at least stated a cause. Blast's wind-down was tied to costs against revenue. BitMart's wind-down closed an exchange after nine years. Binance is not closing the exchange. It is turning off one infrastructure line. The announcement page also carries Binance's standard line that it may amend or cancel the notice without prior notice.

Machines still aimed at Binance Stratum URLs after 07:00 UTC on November 10 will submit work the pool says it will not credit. The pages for checking payout status come down at 07:00 UTC on November 24. Miners, hosts and any firm that aggregated customer machines onto Binance endpoints have to choose another pool. Binance has not named one.
