ADSS Strengthens its Legal Team with Three New Hires

ADSSThe Abu Dhabi-based ADSS, formerly known as ADS Securities with a significant presence in the Middle East and European territory, has announced on Wednesday about its three key hires to strengthen its legal team. The hiring was done on the backdrop of fast changing international regulations and the firm’s commitment to good governance and compliance in all jurisdictions.

Hannah Chow has been appointed as Vice President of the Legal department, an Australian qualified lawyer with expertise in handling general commercial, corporate, IP, technology, media, regulatory and compliance matters. Hannah has significant experience in cross-border transactional, commercial, IP and technology-related cases in emerging markets with sector experience in banking and finance. Hannah previously worked with CNBC as legal counsel and worked on secondments at Standard Chartered Bank and Goldman Sachs. She started her career at an Australian Law firm practicing general commercial work. 

Christopher Pippel has been appointed as a Legal Counsel to ADSS overlooking the areas of investment banking, corporate finance, restructuring, and Global Markets products. Christopher joins ADSS from State Street, Germany where he worked as a Senior Legal Counsel for the last five years. He himself brings 14 plus year of experience in legal practice across multiple jurisdictions including Europe, Middle East and APAC.

Next to join the team is, Yousef Abu Sabah, a Jordanian qualified lawyer, holds a BA in Law degree from the University of Jordan. He earned his dual Masters degree in Arbitration from Ahlyya Ammam University and in International Corporate Finance Law from Reading University, UK. Most recently he started as a freelance legal adviser and before that he was trained and practised at Dajani & Associates Attorneys & Legal Consultants in Jordan from April 2012 to June 2016.
