He has more than a decade of experience as a trader and has nearly 4 years of experience in high level managerial posts in financial sector. He has also held roles of significant importance across different fields over the course of his 25 year long career. His appointment as CEO of the firm came into effect since start of April 2019 and is expected to help guide the company into a new era of growth moving forward. In his role as CEO, Victor is responsible for development of new growth strategy for the firm relating to their various service offerings.
The Texas based firm is popular in the market for its outsourced infrastructure as Service more commonly referred to IaaS offerings. The firm offers low-latency hardware and infrastructure solutions that cater to different financial service providers. The company’s client base spans across wide array of sector made up of banks, Liquidity providers, trade execution platforms, electronic communication networks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and institutional/professional trading entities. Prior to joining Liquidity Connect, Victor served as Executive Vice President for Global Infrastructure at Fortex Technologies for a period of six months in 2018. Fortex technologies is one of the leading ECN platforms in today’s market which handles a daily volume worth nearly $12 billion in currency, metals, energy and CFD trades.
During his tenure at Fortex Technologies, he was responsible for leading their XCloud unit which represents a grid of global cloud server that helps in supporting trading platforms and bridging middleware. Before his short tenure at Fortex, Victor served as Global Director of Sales and Marketing for a period of nearly two years at Beeks Financial Cloud. While at Beeks, Victor helped the firm extend their connectivity offering by liking their financial cloud infrastructure to Equinix’s International Business (IBX) at Hong Kong. Prior to his entry into financial sector, Victor served as Air Traffic Control Specialist at TRACON, Houston and in US NAVY. However, since 2005 Victor has been a forex trader at Brazos FX Group as per information in his LinkedIn profile.
