Smartr365, a UK based software developer specialising in end-to-end solutions with focus on mortgage businesses has revealed appointment of new senior level executive in its latest update. As per statement released by the firm, it has onboarded Mr. Jens Wikholm to serve as Director of Design and Experience effective immediately. Mr. Wikholm will be serving from firm’s head office located in London and report directly to Mr. Conor Murphy – Chief Executive Officer of Smartr365. In his new role at the firm, Jens is responsible for crafting the firm’s market leading technology and ensuring that the platform remains user friendly and streamlined for all types of users. The incoming executive is a seasoned design architect, product development specialist and entrepreneur with two decades of experience. Most recently, he served as Head of Product Design at HyperJar – a FinTech firm for nearly two years. Throughout his career, Jens has managed to gain a reputation for successfully turning great ideas into real world successful products and companies.
Smartr365 wishes to capitalise on this particular trait of Mr. Wikholm to develop a world class user experience and product design for its products and services. Smartr365 has a unique feature in its platform dubbed “You Ask, We Build” via which it regularly obtains customer feedback with commitment to deliver on as much requests and feedback from clients as possible be it small changes or request for inclusion of new product functionalities. Jens will focus on these requests and feedbacks and work to ensure that the firm’s clients obtain highest benefits for their subscription’s worth in form of regular developments and updates made to platform. During his two decade long career, Jens has worked with many social media firms as well as FinTech start-ups even founding several firms himself. Jens will now put his experience and expertise in brining ideas to reality by assisting the firm to become first “True-Tech” firm in mortgage industry which will be known in market for its agile work, high growth, consistent evolution and a continued investment in digitalisation.
