Rob Brown And Richard Cockburn Launch Boutique FX Brokerage

Sugarcane Capital FXSugarCane Capital, a new boutique FX brokerage offering deliverable foreign exchange and payment services for private and corporate clients, was launched by industry veterans Rob Brown and Richard Cockburn. The announcement follows a soft launch in February 2020 with a small number of key clients.

It uses cutting edge third-party technology to ensure clients benefit from institutional quality support regardless of their size. Core services include FX deliverable, FX forwards (Fixed + Window)International payments, and Multi-Currency Accounts. Joint Partnerships include Transaction and Trade finance, FX Data Analytics, AI-based Risk Forecasting,  FX Liquidity Introductions (Primary feeds).

Robert Brown is an industry veteran with 15 years working for a range of foreign exchange brokerages, including CMC Markets and LMAX, and Richard Cockburn has over 20 years of experience in private banking and capital raising, having worked with high profile names including JP Morgan, UBS, and Societe Generale. The brokerage also offers a range of bespoke consulting services, including trade cost analysis for treasury desks and access to a curated network of liquidity providers to meet the exact needs of individual clients.
