Ariane will work directly with Mode Executive Chairman Jonathan Rowland and the Board of Directors.

Mode Executive Chairman Jonathan Rowland said: ‘Ariane was part of the founding team that helped to set up Mode more than two years ago. During this period, she has played a vital role in supporting the successful launch of our cryptocurrency business and laying the foundations for our soon-to-be-launched payments and loyalty solution. Having been key in establishing and growing the Mode brand, I am delighted that she will now take the lead in building our investor relations programme as we work to realise our strategic goals as a public company.’
