Gresham Technologies Ltd, a UK based fintech firm renown in the global fintech market as a firm specializing in software services pertaining to real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions recently announced the promotion of one of its executive to senior-level management and leadership team.
As per the statement released by the firm, it had promoted Mr. Mark Bolton’s former Sales Director to the role of head of international sales. In his new role as Head of International Sales, Mark is expected to direct the firm’s sales strategy across Asian and North American market regions with a focus on identifying target market segments for expansion across the entire Clareti platform.
Mr. Bolton is a veteran with more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, a majority of which he spent serving in senior-level sales management roles making him an expert in scaling a firm’s sales operation and optimizing the performance of the firm evidenced from his successful track record. His career history boasts of nearly two decades spent in senior-level sales management roles across both the EMEA and US market region.
The announcement of change made to its senior-level executive management team comes shortly after the release of successful 2019 financial reports which saw a 30% boost in the firm’s revenues to 25 Million GBP and twelve new Clareti wins. As per the statement, a part of the success comes from three legacy transformation projects for tier one firms across both the buy-side and sell-side.
Mr. Bolton has been a part of Gresham Tech for seven months now prior to which he spent nearly 18 years serving various senior-level leadership and management roles in FIS. Mark was originally serving under SunGard and had been serving in various roles in its Sales division in the EMEA region for 13 years prior to the firm’s acquisition by FIS.
Post the firm’s SunGard’s merger with FIS he went on to serve as Head of Sales division for Americas region at FIS. He spent the early half of his career serving as Treasury Operations Manager at Bank of Montreal, Gerald Limited and as Project manager/consultant at Microbank Software.
