Kneip Appoints Sacau as its New CEO

Kneip, a leading data management service provider, revealed the appointment of Mr. Enrique Sacau as its new Chief Executive Officer in its latest announcement. As per the statement released by the firm, it has hired Mr. Sacau to serve as its new head of the firm effective immediately as Mr. Neil Ward who has been serving as CEO to date has announced his intent to retiree from the firm for focusing on the growth of his own consultancy. In his new role at the firm, Enrique will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s smooth and successful delivery of innovative digital solutions by as it focuses its efforts on digital transformation and commitment to being a trusted service provider which always supports clients as they navigate and grow in the complex industry environments. Sacau has been active in the financial services market space over the course of the last 12 years. 

Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Equiniti, having remained a part of the firm for nearly three years. He joined the firm back in November of 2017 as the Group Head of its financial services operations and was promoted to the role of Chairman of Global Diversity & Inclusion Council in January of 2019. Later in the same year, he also took on the role of CEO of its digital unit alongside his responsibilities as Chairman of the other department. Aside from his new role at Kneip, he also serves as a Trustee at Health Workers Support Foundations, having taken on the role since April of 2020. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Business Development – EMEA & Managing Director – Europe at FNZ for more than three years. He began his career as a Business Development executive at DXC Technology’s Xchanging business Europe wing in September of 2008 after finishing his Ph.D. from the University of Oxford. During his term with the firm he also served as its Global Head of Partnerships, Head of Service – Italy and Managing Director – Spain. 

Speaking about his new role at the firm, Enrique said, “Kneip has a longstanding reputation of delivering trusted and innovative solutions to the financial services market, and I’m delighted to be joining as CEO. The company has made huge strides in its digital transformation, and I’m looking forward to finding ways to continue the great work that Neil and the rest of Kneip have done and help build the next stage of the company’s growth”. 

Commenting on his desire to part with the firm and appointment of Mr. Sacau as his successor, Mr. Neil Ward said, “My time at Kneip has been wonderful. I’m proud of what the team has achieved and am very optimistic about the future for Kneip under Enrique’s leadership.
