Jason Green Joins Bluesnap as Head of Global Sales



Bluesnap, the Boston headquartered all in one payment platform has revealed the addition of a new member to its senior management team in its latest announcement. As per the statement released by the firm, it has onboarded Mr. Jason Green to serve in the firm’s newly created role of Senior Vice President for global sales effectively expanding its management team.

This appointment is set to come into effect immediately, and Green will report directly to Mr. Ralph Dangelmaier – Chief Executive Officer of Bluesnap. In his new role at the firm, Jason is responsible for leading its overall global sales force and revenue-generating operations while also focusing on the strategic direction of sales action. Jason will manage sales operations across all channels covering SMB through enterprise and new verticals across expanded geographies. His appointment in the firm comes at a time when it is gaining momentum as a leading player in the payments industry for both B2B & B2C businesses. 

Given his successful track record in improving growth operations across all the firms he has worked with in his long career, Mr. Green becomes an ideal candidate to help with the firm accelerate its growth in new verticals while it focuses on expanding its global footprint. Primarily, he will focus on working with the firm’s global sales team to ensure that it has smooth sailing as it implements its plan for the next phase of growth in expanding go-to-market plans.

Jason is a seasoned veteran with more than two decades of experience in sales-focused leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at TSYS for nearly 14 months. He had been with TSYS for more than 2½ years during which he also held the role of Senior Vice President of Sales – Integrated Payments division. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior VP of Sales at Vantiv, VP of Sales & Heath/Government Services at TransFirst and VP of Sales/Senior Vice President of Financial Institutions at First Data Commercial Services.
