FundedRight review: 80% reward and a Vanuatu operator
FundedRight sells an 80/20 split. The 9 September 2026 terms call it a discretionary reward from FX-EDGE V LTD, and those terms override the homepage.

Prop-firm review
FundedRight
Verdict FundedRight suits a CFD trader who reads the contract before paying and can live with an 80% reward, a five-day or 14-day cycle, and simulated prices. It does not suit anyone who needs a regulated broker, a weekend hold, or a trade inside the five-minute news window. The biggest caveat is the counterparty. Funded-account terms updated on 9 September 2026 name FX-EDGE V LTD of Port Vila, not the Albuquerque LLC in the footer, and they say those terms prevail over the website. The firm publishes no audited payout total.

Key terms
- $450 for a $100,000 Two-Step on 13 October 2026, against an RRP of $500, on the Two-Step page. One-Step was $495 against $550. Instant Lite stops at $25,000.
- 80% is the default in the funded-account terms. A paid add-on makes a CFD plan 90/10. Prediction markets are 75/25.
- 10% then 5% on Two-Step. One-Step is 10%. Instant plans have no target, and neither does a passed challenge.
- 10% static maximum loss and 5% daily loss on Two-Step, both on equity. One-Step is 6% maximum and 3% daily. Instant plans are 5% trailing and 3% daily, per the rules page.
- Every 5 days on Two-Step and on One-Step. Instant plans: 14 days. Prediction markets: 7 days, on the payouts page.
- 5 trading days in each Two-Step phase, and 5 on funded instant accounts. The 22 September 2026 note, corrected 2 October, gives One-Step none.
- 30 days with no trade closes the account and keeps the fee, under the funded terms and the 10 August 2026 terms.
- 1:100 on the Two-Step evaluation, then 1:40 once a 1-step or 2-step account is funded.
On 13 October 2026 fundedright.com sold simulated forex, gold and CFD accounts, plus prediction markets. A funded account here is a demo balance; cash, if any, is a separate reward. Menu links for futures, crypto and equities go to fundedsigma.com and are not reviewed as FundedRight products.
What FundedRight publishes about payouts
The payouts page fixes CFD plans at 80/20. Two-Step and One-Step are every 5 days, with no consistency rule. Instant Lite is every 14 days, and one day may not exceed 25% of profit. Instant Pro is every 14 days, with none stated. Prediction markets are every 7 days at 75/25, with the same 25% test and a minimum of $50 to $500. The homepage's "every 5 days, more by plan" omits that 14-day cycle.
Terms dated 9 September 2026 call the payment "discretionary contractual remuneration", not profit-sharing. "Unless otherwise specified in the Program parameters, the Reward shall equal to 80%." It needs a flat positive result, intact rules, checks, and an invoice. FX-EDGE may withhold it. A balance left behind has "no cash value". Failed KYC blocks it. Schedule 1 prints "USD 20 per mln traded" on financial instruments and "0.08% per mln traded on crypto cfd".
The "100% Payout Guarantee" still lets a prohibited-activities refusal hide the detection detail. The 10 August terms say the company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees of monetary payments, and that its finding is final. September terms can be republished and they prevail over the site. A 90/10 add-on, 20% of the fee and purchase-only, is not in Schedule 1, which limits the 25% test to Instant Funding Light. A challenges answer puts that rule on both instant plans.
What this review could not verify is any payment. No audited total or named withdrawal is published, and searches on 13 October 2026 found no third-party ledger. The about page quotes the founder, identified only as @ahmeer.moneywala:
My mission is simple: build a platform that actually pays out to traders.
An aim, not a receipt.
Rules that can void a FundedRight account
September terms define news trading as an order from five minutes before a macro release, central-bank event or similar announcement until five minutes after. Only an execution inside the window is barred. A position opened before the window and closed after it is not a breach of that clause. The homepage limits the ban to funded accounts. The August terms state no window.
Also barred, including at FX-EDGE's discretion: bad prices, latency, cross-account hedges, copy trading, shared logins, automation used to game the programme, a new strategy after the pass, and an unusual size. One breach is material. Trades can be deleted, the reward cancelled and the account closed. Fees are non-refundable once access is granted.
The homepage and the about page both forbid a weekend hold. The funded terms never use that word. Inactivity is clearer: 30 days without a trade closes the account, and the homepage's "no time limit" is a different clock. A seconds-long trade counts, and a day need not be profitable. Two-Step still needs five trading days in each phase. Funded 1-step and 2-step leverage is 1:40 under Schedule 1, against 1:100 and 1:50 on the evaluation pages. The homepage's 1:100 line does not mention that cut.
Where FundedRight's pages disagree
Trailing loss has three versions. The rules page: instant plans trail equity, open profit included, and do not stop at the start balance. The Instant Lite and Instant Pro pages: the floor never rises above the start balance, so capital is then "fully protected". Schedule 1: the threshold rises with peak equity, never falls, and is not lowered after a payout. September terms prevail, so the plan-page promise loses.
Account count conflicts in that document. Without consent a user may keep "only one Account within the Program, under each Funded Right". Schedule 1 then caps all funded accounts of one user at $400,000. The homepage sells that $400,000 "across concurrent accounts" and "as many evaluations as you like". The terms never say which line yields.
On 2 October 2026 the firm corrected One-Step. The 22 September note says the provider's system shows no minimum at any stage, replacing an earlier five. The about page still requires "a minimum of five trading days". fundedright.trade still says evaluations have "a five day minimum". The rules page says only "Funded None".
How it works offers a platform choice. The platforms page says "MT5 is coming soon" and that programmes do not share a terminal. The homepage says Match-Trader only. The contract names Match-Trade Technologies LLC and no other terminal.
FundedRight against FTMO and FundedNext
Read on 13 October 2026, not ranked by money paid. FTMO is 10% then 5% on its how-it-works page, with a 5% daily loss and a 10% maximum loss ($5,000 and $10,000 on $100,000). Objectives require four trading days each phase, then none. The 2-step page says "up to 90%"; the scaling page ties 90% to scaling, so no starting rate was shown. FundedNext Stellar 2-Step on its CFDs page is 8% then 5%, 5% daily, 10% static, five minimum days, 80% share, first withdrawal at 21 days then 14, and $100,000 at $549.99. No FTMO fee was on the pages opened. Wider terms are in our payout comparison.
| Rule | FundedRight Two-Step | FTMO 2-Step | FundedNext Stellar 2-Step |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase-1 target | 10% | 10% | 8% |
| Phase-2 target | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| Daily loss | 5% | 5% | 5% |
| Maximum loss | 10% static | 10% | 10% static |
| Trader share | 80% | Up to 90% | 80% |
| Minimum trading days | 5 then 5 | 4 then 4 | 5 |
Who operates the programme
The homepage, contact and about footers print FundedRight LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, registered in New Mexico, phone 001 (505) 305-2416, support@fundedright.com. This review did not confirm a trading office there.
Terms of 10 August 2026 name FX-EDGE V LTD, Vanuatu, number 700604, at 1276, Govant Building, Kumul Highway, Port Vila, "in partnership with FundedRight". The brand is a front end, not a party, with no authority over rules or payouts. FX-EDGE is the supplier. Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. ("Paysagi") is merchant of record. The restricted-jurisdictions page uses the FX-EDGE V Ltd name. The United States is not listed. The terms do not say US residents are accepted.
Courts are England and Wales. Liability that cannot be excluded is the lower of three months' fees or $1,000. The firm says it is not a broker; the account is simulated and holds no client money. See the registration perimeter, and the NFA page on who must register. The BASIC HTML fetched named neither firm, which is not a clearance. If the firms part, the account can move to FundedRight or another brand.
Questions before you pay
Is a FundedRight account live capital?
No. The funded-account terms say the balance is simulated, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Orders are not sent to a real market, and the firm is not holding client money. Any cash paid is a reward calculated from simulated results. The how-it-works page agrees.
Who is the contract with?
The footer names FundedRight LLC in Albuquerque. Terms dated 10 August 2026 and funded-account terms dated 9 September 2026 name FX-EDGE V LTD of Port Vila. The white-label clause says the brand is not a party and does not control payouts. Treat the Vanuatu company as the counterparty unless a later contract with you says otherwise.
Does 80% still apply at the first request?
The funded terms set 80% unless programme parameters differ. Prediction markets are 75%, and a paid add-on lifts a CFD plan to 90%. The ordinary CFD split does not rise as the account grows. The first request still needs that plan's eligibility test, KYC and an invoice. It is a formula, not proof of a payment.
Which trailing-drawdown line should you use?
Schedule 1. The threshold rises with peak equity, never falls, and is not cut after a payout. Instant plan pages say the floor stops at the starting balance and then protects it. The rules page says the trail does not stop there. The September terms prevail over the website, so the protected-floor promise is the line not to trust.
Can a refusal omit the detection detail?
The payouts page says it can. A refusal must rest on the published rules or the prohibited-activities policy, but the detection detail need not be given. The funded terms also let FX-EDGE treat a change of strategy or of size as forbidden, and one trading breach is material. The fee is not refunded once access has been granted.
This review is independent editorial analysis and is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and is not an endorsement or solicitation. The Industry Spread has no affiliate or referral relationship with the firms covered. Proprietary trading challenges carry a fee that is generally non-refundable, most participants do not reach a funded account, and funded capital is the firm's capital, not the trader's. Terms change frequently — always verify current rules directly with the firm before paying any fee.
