FactSet Appoints Franck Gossieaux as EVP Global Head of Sales

fact set - Franck GossieauxFactSet has appointed Franck Gossieaux as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Sales and Client Solutions, to oversee all global sales and client activities for the global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications, and industry-leading services.

Having joined FactSet in 2004 as part of its acquisition of JCF Group, Gossieaux has since held multiple senior leadership roles at the Company in both Europe and North America, including leading the EMEA and Americas sales teams. He will assume his new position reporting to FactSet CEO Phil Snow on June 1, 2019.

With more than 25 years of international sales and financial services experience, including roles at JCF Group, where he served as Global Director of Sales, and Tradition, a leading interdealer brokerage firm, Gossieaux holds a Bachelor of Science in economics at the University Panthéon-Assas (Sorbonne-Assas) in Paris.

In August 2018, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management chose FactSet as its primary market data provider in a multi-year enterprise level agreement that includes FactSet’s data feeds, which will be integrated into Merrill Lynch’s internal applications and client facing portals.

Also in 2018, FactSet partnered with CG Blockchain, a developer of blockchain technology for the investment industry, to allow FactSet clients to have access to a suite of blockchain apps built upon a robust compliance framework. In turn, CG Blockchain’s current and future clients will also use FactSet’s industry-leading Portware execution and order management capabilities, delivered as FactSet OEMS, for trade execution, analysis, order generation, and compliance efforts.
