Financial Commission Approves Samtrade Academy as Certified Educational Provider

The Financial Commission, a leading self-regulatory association dedicated to ‎ensuring sound practices across the financial services industry, today welcomed ‎Samtrade Academy as its latest ‎certified educational provider.‎

Samtrade Academy is a provider of educational content for online financial trading brokers. The multi-lingual trading education ‎specialist has ‎recently launched a new cryptocurrency trading course in yet another indicator of ‎how rapidly the industry is moving to incorporate the digital asset class.‎

Samtrade Academy also organized hundreds of events and courses in business, entrepreneurship, tech, personal finance and lifestyle.

In 2018, the Financial Commission has begun accepting applications ‎from education providers that wish to have their products examined by the ‎self regulator, as part of the education provider certification service.‎

Education providers that seek certification under the service must demonstrate ‎compliance to a set of standards that Financial Commission has developed to ensure ‎that traders have access to accurate educational materials. ‎

The Financial Commission said it conducted a thorough review of the educational content on Samtrade Academy before listing it on its official website as a certified education provider.

“Samtrade Academy demonstrated compliance to a set of standards that the Financial Commission requires to meet as part of the certification process. Samtrade Academy is now listed on Financial Commission’s official website as a certified education provider,” the independent regulator notes.

The Financial Commission is an external dispute resolution organization supported by the Dispute Resolution Committee (DRC), which in turn is composed of recognized industry professionals. The Commission’s EDR program operates as an independent service that helps facilitate a simpler resolution process than through typical regulatory channels such as arbitration or local court systems.

Multi-regulated broker Exness was the latest addition to the Financial Commission’s member roster, which is made up of online brokerages operating in FX, derivatives and cryptocurrency markets.

Also in July, the Financial Commission issued an execution certification for DeltaFX Ltd ‎as the industry-specific association attempts to reduce the number of execution-related disputes that occur before they progress into formal complaints.
