Equiti Group, the Jordon based multi-asset class trading and prime brokerage services provider recently revealed the appointment of a new senior-level executive in the firm via its official Twitter account.
As per the statement released by the firm, the financial service provider has on-boarded Mr. Adrian Coxon to serve as its new Chief Marketing Officer making him a member of its senior-level executive committee effective immediately.
In his new role as Chief of Marketing department, Adrian will be based out of the firm’s office located in London and report directly to the firm’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Iskandar Najjar. As the head of the marketing division, Adrian will be responsible for planning and delivering the firm’s marketing strategy for its multi-asset class trading services across different market regions. The firm has widespread presence across Europe and is also located in some parts of North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.
The incoming executive is a veteran with more than two decades of experience and has served under many industry-leading financial service providers with a successful track record of building international brands and delivering revenue growth. Before taking up his new role with the Jordanian financial service provider, he served as Marketing Consultant for ARC Interact Ltd for nearly seven years.
Prior to that, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at another UK based firm – Circus Street for nearly three years and a short stint as Head of Digital at Gain Capital for 18 months.
Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Global Marketing for Saxo Bank for nearly five years during which he was responsible for transforming the bank’s approach to marketing activities which helped the bank see a measurable increase in trading revenue via re-allocation of the budget with and between media and regions.
In the early half of his career, he started out as Account manager of the Online Planning department at Starcom Media Vest Group and served in the firm for four years post which he served as Head of Digitial Marketing at IG Group for six years.

As part of its efforts to bolster its growth-related activities, the firm has also made several other senior-level appointments in recent past namely – Dr Gafaar Saleh, Global Head of Growth, Mohamed Al Zuby, Chief Technology Officer and Samwel Kiraka, Chief Executive Officer at EGM Securities, a subsidiary of Equiti Group.
