Award-winning FCA regulated FX Prime Brokerage group, Price Markets UK Ltd. has hired Ed Anderson, an experienced Fx industry veteran as its new Head of Business Operations. The appointment is somewhat a homecoming for Mr Anderson who has been associated with the group as Director, Head of Global Sales until 2014 when he left to join Fx Pro in Dubai.
Mr Ed Anderson has over 25 years of experience in the forex market field and started his professional career in 1993 with Tullet & Liberty where he worked for almost 8 years. During his illustrious professional career spanning over two decades, he has worked with leading financial institutions and brokerage houses including Thomson Reuters, ICAP Electronic Broking, AMC USA, eSpeed all at senior level managerial positions. In his earlier stint after leaving Prime Markets, Ed was appointed as Senior Executive Officer at Fx Pro in their Dubai office and was later promoted as Chief Sales Officer UK based out in London. Mr Ed is a bachelors in Economics and has completed FINRA, Series 3, Capital Markets course.
The move comes three months after the appointment of David Hastings as Managing Director of the company. The company is controlled by CEO Alex Talei and Malaysian investor Tan Jit Chun and has FCA license of a matched principal broker which it received in 2016.
