The customer-centric firm was founded by CEO Robert Flowers who has led the consumer credit provider to expand rapidly whilst continually developing its platform to support the Retailer and Customer experience. Holding an FCA controlled function – FC8 – Flowers set up shop in Stoke-on-Trent in 2012. The firm has over 300,000 account holders and, following this investment round, aims to increase this significantly over the next three years. The company currently has partnerships with over 500 retailers.
