Chris Junge appointed as VP of customer success unit at liquidity book

Liquidity Book, one of the leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based buy- and sell-side trading solutions provider revealed the appointment of Mr. Chris Junge as its Vice President of Customer Success unit. In his new role at the firm, Mr. Junge will be responsible for all aspects of the customer support process and will work closely alongside the product and deployment divisions to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

The firm’s POEMS (portfolio, order, and execution management system) platform is renowned in the industry as best suited tool for rapid implementation of client-driven development priorities owing to its web-delivered model, tightly integrated client service and product and technology teams.

The incoming executive is a veteran with more than two decades of experience in customer relations and success based process and will be working from the firm’s New York office. Before taking up his current role at the firm, Mr. Junge served at Eze Software Group for a major part of his career and served in numerous key leadership roles. Most recently he held the title of Director of Customer Success and was responsible for the creation of a team of customer success managers who worked across various units to ensure a client-focused approach in all aspects of the business. Prior to that he served as Director of Transition Management and was responsible for leading an overhaul of the firm’s client service organization.

He also served in various other director-level roles during which he regularly interacted with clients and spearheaded initiatives to ensure their smooth customer experience across all possible aspects of the business.
