CFH Clearing and UAE-based Noor Capital have signed a strategic partnership, Noor Clearing, which will provide institutional clients and professional traders across the Middle East with CFH’s award-winning multi-asset liquidity and technology. The joint venture is regulated by the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates and has offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Leveraging Noor Capital’s local Brokerage relationships, license, and regional expertise, the new trademark offers access to a choice of platforms and a range of technology including liquidity, risk management, and reporting tools.

Mohammed Ghosheh, Chief Executive Officer at Noor Capital, said: “We constantly seek to offer investors a unique experience, by using the latest techniques and providing them with the best trading platforms and with an innovative and diversified set of financial products and services. We believe that our regional reputation, expertise and license combined with CFH’s award-winning multi-asset liquidity and technology will have significant appeal to a broad institutional client base in the region.”
CFH Clearing has most recently dedicated to surrounding itself with the best sales executives possible. In May 2019, the firm appointed Ayhan Gurcuoglu as its new Vice President of International sales to oversee client management and develop the firm’s business in Turkey. As per the statement from CFH clearing, Ayhan will be reporting to Paul Groves, Head of European Sales.
Paul Groves is also a recent addition to CFH Cearling’s portfolio of executives. He was announced in March 2019 to the newly created role of Head of European Sales, where he is tasked with various activities and operations.
In 2018, the firm hired Michael Bleys as VP Sales (EMEA), further strengthening its institutional sales team and EMEA division.
