BTL Group, a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and operating from both Canada and the UK, has announced that its proprietary next-generation blockchain platform is available for testing and feedback.

Interbit, a token free platform built to address the privacy and scalability shortcomings of current blockchain platforms, can now be accessed and downloaded by visitors, who will be able to launch their own multiple blockchain solutions and provide feedback to BTL’s support team.

Developed in JavaScript, Interbit is a programmer-friendly platform that provides a secure environment for computing, ensures the privacy of data, and allows that multiple blockchains are used to build faster, scalable, and more resilient applications.

“During the extensive design and development of Interbit, we learned that existing Blockchain technology could not scale on demand or provide the level of security demanded of modern computing platforms”, said Dominic McCann, Chief Executive Officer of BTL Group.

“We have now pioneered how blockchain technology can be built to ensure privacy, scale in the new world and we are very excited to be bringing Interbit to market. The hard work doesn’t stop here, as we continue to develop Interbit and achieve adoption and commercialization across multiple industries.”, McCann added.

BTL Group plans to fully launch Interbit into the market later this year. The trial release is an invaluable stage of the developing process as the team of coders perform their last tweaks before commercialization. Production phase will take place upon successful completion of an ongoing independent security audit.

Tom Thompson, Chief Technology Officer of BTL, commented: “Interbit’s unique chain joining technology is designed to allow users to keep their metadata private in a design framework that is familiar and easy to use, of which both are essential for businesses to truly come to rely on blockchain technology over time.”

“What we have built is a next-generation blockchain platform that allows users to benefit from our chain joining capability by easily and quickly building fast, scalable and secure blockchain applications. Developers can be up and running on an Interbit multi blockchain solution within minutes”, Thompson concluded.

Interbit is a multi-blockchain platform that uses “chain joining” and provides speed, scalability, ease of adoption and use, and protection against cyber threats. Interbit is not a cryptocurrency and there will be no tokenization of the product.

Users that choose to test the trial release will have access to the Interbit Software Development Kit (SDK) in order to navigate to open source Interbit app repos on Github, and create their own platform blockchain account and interact with it through a blockexplorer.

Before giving feedback, users are welcomed to build multi blockchain apps, preview the Interbit Store, contact BTL for queries and support. Users can also receive regular platform software updates every 2 weeks and connect with BTL’s business leads.
