Brady Harris Joins Dwolla as CEO

Dwolla Inc, the US based online and mobile payments solution provider announces the appointment of Mr. Brady Harris as new Chief Executive Officer.

As per statement released by the firm, it has onboarded Mr. Brady Harris to succeed Mr. Ben Milne – head and Co-founder of the firm as new Chief Executive Officer. The incoming head of firm is a veteran with nearly two decades of experience in Payments and FinTech sectors bringing with him unparalleled knowledge and expertise to Dwolla’s leadership and management team. As Brady takes on the role of CEO Mr. Ben Milne will transition to role of member of the board and support the company in multiple capacities as per requirement. Before taking on his current role at Dwolla, Mr. Harris served as President at rival payments solutions provider Payscape.

Payscape is a well known player in US payments sector as a fintech firm specializing in SaaS based dynamic payment solutions. Prior to Payscape, he spent entirety of his career serving in numerous roles at Eliot Management Group where he served for nearly sixteen and a half years. He began his career at bottom of corporate ladder having joined in the role of Account Executive and has since steadily climbed his way up to the top serving in positions of District, Territory and Regional Sales Managers post which he took on his first senior level management role as Executive Vice President of Sales in September 20011. As Executive VP, he built and scaled the firm’s fintech and payment sales teams and played a major role in expansion of the firm’s foot print across USA while generating more than 100 Million USD in annual revenue.

These achievements further elevated him to the role of President of the firm which he held for three and a half years before parting ways with firm to join Payscape. His success in building teams and helping expand the firm’s market reach gained him a reputation as executive with successful track record and proven expertise in implementing growth strategies and maximizing business efficiency. Executive team at Dwolla wishes to leverage his experience and knowledge in accelerating “go-to market” distribution to help the firm achieve its growth and expansion goals as it is facing a crucial period ahead given the covid-19 pandemic induced economic crisis.

Commenting on Brady’s appointment as his successor, Ben Milne – Co-Founder of the firm said, “Dwolla is built on a powder keg of opportunity that is still largely untapped. Dwolla was established in 2008 by a two member team of Ben Milne and Shane Neuerburg and initially catered to small banks and retailers. But it has since grown steadily over the last decade and is currently processing more than $10 billion a year in gross payment volume, increasing 100% YoY. The firm added nearly 1 million new end-users to its platform in just Q4 2019 alone and with its feature-rich technology providing a strong foundation for the future when programmable payments could be embedded into all aspects of life the firm is likely to achieve explosive growth in years to come.
