Angela Crawford Appointed As Non-Executive Director at TP ICAP

TP ICAP - Angela CrawfordTP ICAP Plc, one of the leading interdealer broker recently revealed the addition of new member to its board of directors. As per information released by the firm it has on-boarded Ms. Angela Crawford to serve as its non-executive director set to come into effect later this year. Alongside her role as Non-Executive Director, Angela is also expected to join the firm’s Audit, Risk & Nomination and Governance Committees with her new roles set to come into effect from 16th March 2020. The incoming member of board of directors is a veteran with more than four decades of experience and has served as both Chartered Accountant and in numerous senior level management roles in the latter half of her career.

Angela spent major part of her career serving in Deloitte one of the big four global accounting and audit firms and was serving in the role of partner at time of resignation from the firm. However, she had also been serving in the role of partner at rival firm Pricewaterhouse Coopers while still serving in role of same capacity at Deloitte as per information in her LinkedIn page. Her term at PWC was from 2000 to 2008 while her term at Deloitte Haskins & Sells was from 1974 to 2009 having joined the firm post graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Physics from University of Bristol in 1974.
