UK based companies TCC and Recordsure – the brainchild of Joanne Smith revealed in a joint announcement recently that they have onboarded Mr. Adrian Fisk as a member of their respective boards in the role of Advisor. Recordsure is a RegTech analytics service provider popularly known for providing valuable insights which help in improving business performance. TCC is a sister company of Recordsure which provides compliance consulting services. The Regtech analytics uses is platform to analyze customer conversations and documentations into key insights which will help in driving performance and culture to gain an optimized customer outcome. Recordsure achieves this by using cutting edge technology to combine human level intelligence with machine powered capabilities to support various operations such as compliance, customer care, risk management and sales at institutional scale.
TCC is a leading player in compliance consulting sector popular among FCA regulated businesses as it helps firms’ link culture and compliance to bring about positive results and success in commercial activities. In simple words TCC uses Regtech platform to design smart regulatory experience which easily tackles conduct risk issues to achieve successful outcome in business activities. Aside from his role of board advisor at TCC & Recordsure, he is also serving as CFO & Global head of Partnerships at Willow, Chairman of Board at Kids Cancer Project and Board Advisor to Glen Drug & Alcoholic Rehabilitation Centre. He spent a major part of his career – nearly 17½ years serving as Partner at KMPG Australia. KMPG is renowned as a global provider of professional grade Audit, Tax and Advisory services for wide range of industries.
During his term at the firm he handles various departments such as professional practice, CFO Advisory, Startegy, Audit & Assurance, Advisory, Strategic Accounts, Risk Strategy & Technology and National Financial Services. During his term as head off national financial services, Adrian partnered with Recordsure to bring his clients with access to industry leading remediation solutions and firsthand experienced himself the pioneering capabilities offered by Joanne Smith’s firm. Having parted with KMPG in November of 2019, he has now joined the boards of TCC & Recordsure to support their ambitious international growth plans as an advisor by leveraging on his unique insight and expertise from his vast career experience.
