Finastra, a leading UK based FinTech service provider had revealed the addition of new member to its senior level leadership team in its latest announcement. As per statement released by the firm, it has onboarded Mr. Neil Blagden to serve as its Chief Customer Officer. In his new role at the firm, Neil is responsible for ensuring customer success by overseeing every aspect of all operations in the form ranging from design to delivery in order to ensure excellent user experience for the firm’s clients. In his new role at the firm, Mr. Blagden will serve from the firm’s headquarters located in London and report directly to Mr. Simon Paris – Chief Executive Officer at the firm. Neil is an ideal candidate for the role given his deep and vast experience in customer services and relations verticals which combined with his extensive knowledge gained from more than two decades of experience across multiple industries will greatly help empower the firm as it works to achieve its goals.
Neil is renowned in the market for always adopting an agile customer first approach to work culture at all the firm’s he had served in till date and to this end, he has collaborated with various teams to even build solutions which can harness the power of AI & data to provide unique insights that helps the firm achieve meaningful customer experiences. He most recently served as Director of Customer Services, Operations & Digital unit at Vodafone UK having held the role for nearly five years. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Business Services and Customer Experience/Conduct at Direct Line Group. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Customer Consulting at Pricewaterhouse Coopers before which he served as Director of Customer Advisory at Ernst & Young and Senior Manager of Customer Transformation at Accenture.
