Miriam Marascio Joins Cloud Margin as Head of Client Services

CloudMargin - Miriam MarascioCloud Margin, a UK based fintech service provider has announced the appointment of new head for its client services division. According to its latest update in official LinkedIn page, it has onboarded Ms. Miriam Marascio as its new head of client services effective immediately. Miriam will be based out of the firm’s headquarters located in London and will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mr. Stuart Connolly. In her new role as head of client services division, Miriam will be responsible for onboarding, support and ongoing relationship management and will also oversee the end to end care of firm’s clients. The fintech’s client base is made of brokerage firms, tier-1 banks, asset management firms, insurance companies, outsources and technology providers. The incoming executive is a veteran with nearly thirteen years of experience in financial service industry.

She has spent the entirety of her career in financial services sector serving under Clearstream Banking S.A. – a well known subsidiary of Deutsche Boerse Group and is well recognised in the market as a post-trade technology service provider. During her decade long stint with Clearstream Bank, Marascio has gained extensive experience and knowledge in client services leadership having served in both base level and senior level managerial and leadership roles at the firm’s customer relations and client services unit. Prior to her term with Clearstream Bank, she served as cultural mediator at COSPE – a non profit organisation working to help improve development in emerging countries run by Italian ministry of foreign affairs and European Union. Miriam began her career post graduating with a degree in intercultural studies from University of Florence in 2005. She is fluent in English, Italian and French and can also speak in Mandarin and Spanish.
