Credit Financier Invest Ltd, a leading player in global forex institutional market space has revealed the appointment of new senior level executive in its latest announcement. As per statement released by the firm, it has onboarded Dr. Demetrios Zamboglou to serve as its new group chief operating officer. The incoming executive is a veteran with nearly 15 years of experience in financial services market space focusing on forex, CFDs and cryptocurrency verticals. Most recently, he had been serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bank Account Based Blockchain having remained in the firm for nearly 14 months. Aside from his role as COO at BABB, he had also been serving as an Advisor to Genesis Vision – a firm specialising in private trust management market and ThePower.io – a smart Blockchain specialist.
He had been an advisor at these crypto and blockchain tech based specialists for more than two years now as per information in his LinkedIn profile and continues to hold the role till date. Earlier in his career, he also did a brief stint as interim COO at ICON Capital Reserve SA. Some of his other notable roles include – European CEO & Global Chief Business Development Officer at Lykke Corp, Advisor – Non Zero Blockchain software and Block Pass, General Manager at Forex Time, Founder/CEO –Zebra FX, CRO at Forex Clun group of companies and Vice President of Risk Management at Alpari UK Group of Companies. He began his career as Market Risk Analyst in Spread Co Ltd and moved to Schneider Trading Associates ltd where he served as Associate Trader before moving on to Alpari Group. Mr. Zamboglou holds a Phd in Behavioural Science and Masters Degree in Trading & Finance from Cass Business School.
