PrimeXM is a technology and hosting provider for foreign exchange and CFD brokers. Its website says it was established in 2010, and its legal notice names PrimeXM FZCO as the owner of the site. The footer address is a unit in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company lists telephone numbers in the United Kingdom and Cyprus alongside it.
What it sells
The main product is XCore, a platform that aggregates prices from several liquidity providers and routes client orders to them. Brokers set pricing, markups and routing by client, symbol and order size, and can run A-book, B-book or custom execution models. XCore also covers order management, real-time monitoring, reporting and a configuration API. The site lists support for cryptocurrency trading with up to eight decimal places. MetaTrader 4 and 5 servers connect through the MT4 Bridge and MT5 Gateway, and other platforms, FIX API clients and a Web Trader interface can also connect.
On the supply side, XCore connects to banks, non-bank liquidity providers, ECNs, exchanges, prime brokers and prime-of-prime firms. PrimeXM says its XCore Community has more than 250 partners, and that community members pay trading fees of $1 per million traded.
Hosting and network
PrimeXM also rents out infrastructure that it owns and operates. Hosting comes as dedicated bare-metal servers or non-burstable enterprise cloud, with an algorithmic-trading hosting option and an enterprise firewall. The data centre locations are Equinix LD4 and LD7 in London, NY4 in New York, TY3 in Tokyo and SG1 in Singapore, with cross-connects to liquidity providers and venues in those sites. Network products include connectivity to Mainland China, a connected-cloud service and dedicated connectivity between locations. The site says its network includes unmetered network-layer DDoS protection.
Assurance and licences
The about page displays an ISO 27001:2022 certification badge and a SOC 2 Type II assurance badge, and a statement of commitment to the FX Global Code of Conduct. PrimeXM sells software and hosting rather than brokerage services. No regulator register entry has been verified for PrimeXM itself, so this profile lists no licences.
The company's 2026 events calendar lists iFX Expo International in Limassol in June, TradeTech FX in Amsterdam in September, Forex Expo Dubai in September, iFX Expo Asia in Hong Kong in October and FX.world in Rome from 2 to 5 November. The site names no executives.
