Finalto is a provider of liquidity, trading technology and risk management services to institutional and professional clients, including retail brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, family offices and asset managers. The company says it was formerly known as Tradetech Group and that it unified its businesses under the Finalto name in 2020. Its website lists seven offices, among them London, Nicosia, Sydney, Singapore, Dubai and Road Town in the British Virgin Islands, and does not name a single head office. The UK entity, Finalto Financial Services Limited, is located at Broadgate Tower in London.
What it sells
The liquidity business offers pricing in more than seven asset classes and about 3,000 instruments, including FX, metals, commodities, stocks, indices and crypto, from data centres in New York, London and Singapore. The technology offer is ClearVision, a trading system with the ClearPro desktop platform, ClearWeb and ClearMobile, sold as a white-label package for brokers. Finalto also provides risk management services and a CFD options product on G7 currency pairs. Its pages state that services are for professional clients and eligible counterparties.

The company's timeline begins with CFH Markets, which received FCA authorisation in 2008 and later became Finalto Financial Services Limited.
