The role of ISO 27001 in Muinmos
ISO 27001 is an information security management system standard published in October 2022 by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and defines requirements that an ISMS must meet. The standard provides an organization with guidance for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of an organization’s ISMS.
It involves systematically assessing any risks to the company’s information security by putting in place policies and procedures to manage those risks. It also requires regular review by an independent body, so clients will know the information security is of the highest standards.
